The lady who cleans. We made a mistake on the first day by not putting an indication card on the door. She knocked nicely and asked if we needed our room to be cleaned or not. I found my flu medication arranged nicely on Monday after cleaning. You have nice coffee also. The showers are hot and clean towels.

Definite value for money! The room was clean and had all the basic amenities we expected for a short stay. Everything worked as it should, and it was overall a comfortable experience.

The only downside was that the staff could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly. A warmer reception would have made the stay feel even better.

I liked everything about the hotel, friendly staff, cleanliness and communication skills among the staff and guests.

It could have been better to have at least breakfast with the bed because the shops open late on weekends and some of my guests were not willing to go long distances to look for something to east.

Good value for money very affordable low budget accommodation. The location is central close to the mall, few minutes drive to the sea. Very safe and secure the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor 😔 wish they had a lift. The shower head can be upgraded.

Renee at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, she made sure we had everything that we needed like water and numbers for local taxi cab.

I bumped my head twice on a bunk bed panel and now I got a painful knot on my forehead. I'm definitely not a big fan of bunk beds.

The staff were excellent, they were very efficient and friendly. It was definitely value for money.

Unfortunately, we found that the bathroom was too small and the water getting onto the toilet floor was not something that was expected. The water in the shower also took a long time to drain away. Just a suggestion if shower curtains could be hung between the toilet and shower, hopefully, it would make a difference.

The cleanliness to the room and the comfort took me to the high level of enjoyment

There was an Indian lady busy moving chairs on the reception Causing some unbearable noise while she can see I am busy with my booking, well I didnt like that. She seems not to be care for me

The breakfast was nice.they prepared us nice coffee. No noise in that guesthouse its absolute lovely

Sun 1 Help is number one this was our first time staying in Sun 1 and we enjoyed it me and my spouse sheard 1 room and our kids sheard room next to us Sun 1 personal staff very Friendly and help full , we will do our next booking again at Sun 1 love the place neer the see

The only thing was the shower , when we used it , the one side of the toilet did get wet , not a problem

Facility as a whole was great, reception staff were also great, and helpful.

Only problem is that my phone went missing, but it was found - not sure by whom or where, but this was after we thoroughly checked both booked rooms.
