The location is great, the rooms were amazing and very clean to my satisfaction. The lights at night made the place extra special i really liked the venue and the food from the restaurant. Our room was nicely cleaned after we came back with sand from the Ocean.

If you are looking for a peaceful sleep after travelling 8 hours to Richards bay this is not the best location for you, this is because of the noise from the night clubs, they are so loud during the Am's and unfortunately you just have to sleep after they have closed. This place is great for someone that loves night life.

The hotel is very pretty. Love the water restaurant outside. Perfectly situated and staff were lovely. I enjoyed the fact that one can walk to the neighbouring restaurants. I will come in summer next time, so I can make the most of the outside pool area and the loungers! I will definitely return:)

The rooms were a little tatty ... nothing major, but small things I would expect....: 1)My basin wouldn't drain - I did report it the next morning when I left. 2) The frill on my bed was stained/dirty. I know I'm not sleeping on it, but feel that shouldn't be the case! 3) Mould in the shower grout. A spray of JIK every so often would fix that 4) Hallway carpet needed a clean

We accidentally left our membership card Eswatini but they were so kind shem to assist us even though we had left the card. 9/10 3. It was clean. Our room had a permanent stains though in some areas. The breakfast wasn't Buffet everyday, except Sunday. It was only on Sunday and we had already checked out. So we ordered from the menu. Their portions are great I mean great for anyone, even a hungry man 😀 So when it comes the deliciousness, it was okay mani, it was not that special, but maybe it was what we were ordering. I have eaten better 6/10

Comfortable beds. Excellent view. The destination is definitely for ocean lovers. Beautiful bathrooms and so comfortable beds. Black out curtains are a bonus. So good to slp in through the day. Would definitely go back. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Sewer smell in hallways. Noise from Zula till early hours of the morning. Dstv or smart tv should be considered for rooms.

The staff is exceptional. They serve you with a smile on their face. I loved the views from my room. I would stay there again.

I was close to the club (room 119), so I could hear the music. The hotel needs to deal with this urgently. The shower has stains and it would be nice to have them removed. By the table there were light stains on the tiles, not too sure what got spilt there and could not be removed permanently. I ordered butter chicken curry and it wasn't really a curry lol. Maybe the hotel can get someone who knows how to cook curries.

There is no carpet on the floor and there is only one cup for coffee in the room ihad to wait for my husba5to finish his coffee the made my own .that just set me off And the room service ladies that are responsible for cleaning like one lady was just very moody didn't greet just came in the room with bad temper .that was my first time experiencing that and it's horrible she had no customer ethics none so ever just little pride If they can be taken for like a refresher course just to remind them about customer service like the ladies in the front desk.

The location for Hotel is perfect, close to the beach and nice restaurants. Its ease to go to other places includes the city centre.

We requested ironing board and below picture is what was given to us to use ironing board. We struggled for good 10minutes to make it stand. Please change it. We also struggled to change the settings of the bar fridge, please make the instructions clear.

The hotel hosts were quite excellent, very kind to me. Khosi from the kitchen was very kind and always served with a smile. The three ladies at the reception, Kgomotso, Iviwe and Nomcebo were equally kind

The hotel rooms must be equipped with a charging port that wont need an adapter. I forgot my adapter at home and struggled the whole night to charge

The noise from Zula Club is on another higher level now only managed to sleep after 4 when the music stopped. I usually sleep there during the week for work, so it was not pleasant experiencing the noise during the weekend. To be fair to the hotel, they did give me a heads up before I confirmed booking and that there is an ongoing battle on that front. So I do not blemish the hotel Much on the issue

The facilities are well kept. The service is awesome.

The service of the banqueting lady on duty (19-20 Dec 2023) is the pits. I requested a meeting room way in advance. They kept saying she is busy and would get back to me, which never happened. The following day, I had to go to reception. It was only then that she instructed them to book one for me, and even then, when she came to show me the room, her attitude stunk. All my interactions with the rest of the staff were seamless.
