The bed was very much comfortable, towels were clean, the room was very neat.

Thanks for providing DSTV. However, TV is those old TVs. Please install SMART TVs for guests to watch NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, and other internet channels (long term). Breakfast was nice but it takes longer to arrive. The juice was weak.

This was such a lovely place for a group of ladies to relax and unwind. We felt so safe and at home. The rooms were spacious, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the grounds were picture perfect—we took photos everywhere! The on-site spa was out of this world and truly made the whole experience unforgettable.

However, we did request a villa with a tub and were given one with just a shower, which was a letdown. We also expected a cozy couch area for movie nights given the size of the space. A leftover shirt from previous guests was found under a couch, which raised some concerns. The café staff weren’t the friendliest, and some of us were woken up around 4am by what sounded like security walking past our rooms. Despite these minor issues, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning with a few improvements.

The break fast was awesome and the staff was very friendly.

The aircon they weren't that strong, don't know what caused, it was very hot in my room even with the aircon on.

The place was clean and cozy (just as is in the pictures) décor is superb. The Cafe is beautiful and serves great food. Breakfast was delicious and allows variety (if staying for many days, the breakfast options are endless). I made a special request for a "romantic" check-in & the hosts/staff made it look and feel special. Ladies were helpful in suggesting nearby places & things to do (unfortunately at 38°C it was impossible to get any activity done😄). Pool was always clean, at least we could catch sunset swims. Garden/landscape is well maintained. Plus enjoyed the convenience of a spa/beauty centre in the premises!!!

The breakfast was amazing, very filling. I only with there were more options such as cereals or yogurts, but besides that everything was superb, very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back when I am in the area

The only thing that was a little unfortunate was one of our rooms had a disfunctional toilet, and we struggled with hot water in the early mornings, the water pressure was very low at some point, but all was resolved as soon as we brought it to the owners attention, it only made the first day a bit uncomfortable, but after that, all was superb.

The property is neat with nice aesthetic, comfortable bed. It's quiet, was able to focus on my spiritual journey and I enjoyed their breakfast.

My first impression was the room did not look like what I saw in the pictures when I booked on booking.dot.com but on the second day it grew on me and I liked it regardless. The pictures had a nice patio which I was looking forward to but the one I had was different.

Double Couple: The accommodation is easy to locate. The receptionist was very kind. Their rooms are very spacious and their beds are very comfortable. Oh yes their poor to staying warm even after sunset amazing 🥰🥰

I was honestly expecting a bathtub the way their rooms were specious. The breakfast menu is too selective and the budget is high for the portion we get for breakfast. The breakfast wasn't nice 💔 the eggs weren't fried but cooked in water the way they were rubbery.

The Creme de la creme of Groblersdal!!!The gentleman who received us was friendly. The place is immaculately clean, our room was more than we expected. The host catered to our special request as we had to leave very early the following morning. We'll definitely recommend to friends and we'll most certainly come back again.

First time at The Lighthouse and will definitely be back. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the on-site restaurant is great for a quick dinner so you don't have to go out after a long day of work and travelling.

The outside light stays on all night making the room very light. Service for breakfast was really slow. No-one told us when we checked in that the restaurant closed at 19:00 we only saw this afterwards in the welcome leaflet.

My booking was for 2 people and I came alone ,tried to explain to the guard that my partner couldn't make it due to family emergency issues..I asked him to look at that situation if I can have a refund for one person,he never came back to me and that was very very sad even now I am still sad about that because I would really love to come again but what he did was not fair
