Staff were friendly, efficient. Star was amazing. In all my travels from west coast to the eastern coast, I have not had the reception staff show us around and take you to your room. Amazing and excellent service. The smell of food cooking made us cancel our plans to eat out but rather enjoyed the delicious mutton curry that was prepared. To the owner, your staff are amazing and know that even the places in Cape town like the Skye Hotel and Protea Hotels, Onomo Hotels etc does not compare to the friendly efficient service we received at your hotel. I do hope that they are appreciated especially Star, she truly is a gem.

Our shower did not have hot water but even though I surprisingly enjoyed the cold water shower, there should be hot water. Maybe just to ensure that is not a problem next time. A fridge in the room might help.

Beautiful location next to Warner Beach. Quiet part of town with very clean beaches and warm water. Underground parking with 24 hour security. The hotel is very beautiful inside, very clean and very high quality fittings and finishes. Very warm, friendly staff and good food. Good wi fi, modern tv and a bar fridge.

There are no signs leading to the property so I recommend daytime travel. The road running past the property needs speed humps to make it safer for pedestrians.

Very limited food selection of food pap or rice with braai meat & salads. I wish there was an option for pasta at least. The pap though 🥰 very tasty, I will definitely have it again

The furnishings were lovely and the staff super helpful, professional and polite. Place was also very clean and tidy. Menu was varied and the meals deliciously plentiful. Nice security for the building and the car parking garage on site

No plugs in the bathroom for hairdryer or toothbrush. No bedside tables - one does not want bright overhead lights when getting up during the night or reading before bedtime

This establishment is still very new. Beds a comfy, linens crispy and staff are friendly. I was not there for a conference but staff agreed to show me the venues. You want to take your staff there for a year end function or offsite meetings. The sea view from the venues is breathtaking. The restaurant ambience is characterised by simple sophistication accompanied by soft instrumental music. I appreciated the music element during breakfast (farmers breakfast included in the rate) overlooking the ocean.

The door in the bathroom did not close which was a bit uncomfortable. We had to hold it close by placing something in front. We informed the staff in the first day but nothing was done about it.

I liked the food it exceeded my expectations both breakfast and dinner. Dinner waitresses did an exceptional job and friendly. The receptionist welcomed us and was very helpful and friendly. The Male mamager made sure we had a comfortable stay

When we got in the room the light was malfunctioning but we were assisted in time.

The location is perfect. It's a very quiet place which is perfect for time out.

The room didn't have a bar fridge.
