This is a self catering resort. Breakfast is not provided. The location was excellent close to the beach and the shopping malls and within easy access to the main attractions.

There was no one at the property to hand us the keys. Eventually after constant hooting the security guard arrived with the keys and the check in documents. Booking.Com needs to inform prospective guests whether a shower or bath tub is in the units. This is extremely important if there are disabled guests who are unable to get into the bath tub. Only after our payment was taken on a non-refundable basis were we told that the two bedroom units did not have showers.

Spacious units, clean pool area... overall a pleasant stay.

Checkout is at 10am and the cleaner came in after 9am while we were still in the unit and started cleaning up... we felt like we were being sushed out and she was.like in our private space... please make sure cleaners come after we have checked out

Comfortable and clean. Right on the beach so early morning sunrise is a must. Care free and safe for kids. Beds were comfortable we all slept well

The manager was discriminating my nephew from using the swings due to his size. However he is only 11 and still a child. Other than this all else was good

The facilities are amazing for children and the dassies and duikers visiting the garden were a lovely surprise. The location is amazing. Odette stood out with her exceptional service.

I saw very little of the manager and I thought that she was rather unprofessional when my partner was in reception and the manager came in complaining about children who happened to be ours. Even if they weren't ours she clearly did not feel that it was inappropriate to discuss guests in front of other guests. When there is loadshedding there are no gas appliances that could be used for cooking, only a braai. The braai is great but it rained for a lot of the time that we were there and the awning does not extend that far.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. I just think someone must cut the trees on the beach front as it does restrict your views of the see. And it becoming worse every year

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.and hard. Definitely need to improve on this

Everything was in good condition.and the fact tht it's only a gateway from the beach was a bonus.the braai area great. The swimming pool was very clean.i surely enjoyed my stay

The fact tht the main bedroom ddnt have a bathing tub was a no no for m.pkus rainy season u should have something to cover the braai area
