Amazing location and accommodation was great!! Love the heated pool

No game room as advertised.Need to upgrade

The staff are friendly, the place is clean and lovely ocean view. Security are active when called for noise disturbance.

On Sunday there was alcohol being consumed in and around the pool. Glass bottles were around the pool, this is prohibited but no action was taken. A lady was so drunk she fell over and her friends picked her up. At the price you pay, you expect better enforcement of the rules and you'd expect beach umbrellas to be complimentary not R50 per day.

Everything was on point. Loved the view. The unit was well appointed = had more than we needed for a short stay. For a long stay, this would be a home away from home. We will return when visiting the South Coast again.

Not really a complaint but something to consider. On arrival in the unit, we were quite late. Most hotels / accommodation provide bottled water which was missing in the unit. However, on checking out, we were gifted two small bottles of water for our journey. Whilst appreciated, suggest maybe rather giving the water on arrival - if guests arrive later than planned, they do not have to run around looking for water.

The setup of the apartment is perfect for a group of friends. The kitchen was fully equipped. I also like the fact that it is a walking distance to the beach.

There was some cockroaches moving around even though they were not too many. I recommend that they fumigate constantly. Otherwise it is a nice place and it is convenient. It will be nice if you can consider cleaning service on Sundays. we checked out on a Monday and our apartment was not cleaned on Monday. They only brought the toilet papers and emptied the bin.

Almost everything especial for kids it was very accommodating. The location was exceptional and the way they tream me with my family and the ground floor was great especial for my 3 year old😍😍😍😍

One thing only no cleaning service on Sunday but we requested some tiding in the kitchen and clean towels it was done.

Margate sands is set across the beautiful margate beach.With Mozambique and wimpy restaurants right accross the road.This is a lively area in maragte.One thing that i really appreciated this place for was the heated pool.This is definetly a winner,as we could swim in any weather.Reception staff were all so pleasant.

Not a deal breaker,but to pay for parking and then walk up to the car and park the car in a selected parking slot.

Wow wow wow.. it was an absolutely amazing Vacation We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. the unit was very clean n neat..had everything we needed. With the most respectable n kind staff members. Always avaliable to assist. Housekeeping was a bonus. The view was spectacular... with restaurants close by .. my kids n in laws enjoyed each day.. So much fun n excitement Wil definitely be visiting again☺️

There wasn't anything that I didn't like

Friendly and welcoming receptionist giving proper instructions on your stay in a friendly way . Welcoming reception lounge area and drinks.

There's no clear directions to the reception from a parking lot. Took a bit longer to get someone to carry our bags to our apartment.

Enjoyed the friendly staff.

Very noisy in the evenings due to the bar clubs close by. Newyears day! The beach and road across the apartment was too busy. Overall was a fantastic stay. 👌

EVERYTHING was absolutely amazing, I also misplaced my car keys upon arrival and the way the security staff and hotel staff were so helpful and reassuring that I’d find the key and the car will be safe as long as they’re around just gave me a huge sense of relief. I was so happy with everything, beach view from the room, the spaciousness of the apartment and they have a dishwasher ready for use, including cutlery and crockery. There are also nearby entertainment areas just a walking distance away from the hotel

There were sounds coming from the other apartments like doors being slammed which was very unsettling, if it wasn’t for that I would’ve stayed longer with my family
