Our room was perfect for our small family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the aircon was working fine. The water was hot and nice in the shower. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The Lodge is in a great location, closer to the beach and amenities.

They could clean the toilets better. In the passages it's very hot and stuffy - installing aircons could help. They could add more varieties in their breakfast options, because we kept repeating the same food for 3 consecutive days.

The hostess, Thembi. She was the best. She deserves a raise! She was very kind, helpful, understanding, and accommodating. They have a true gem in Thembi! The facility is very beautiful. The location of it is good, it made it easy for us to travel to the places of fun and activities. The breakfast was great, compliments to the chef.

The toilet in our room seemed to have some issues. At times it wouldn't flush and we'd have to wait for some time before it would allow to flush. It would have been nice to have some Muesli, fruits and yoghurt included as breakfast options. We didn't like frozen yoghurt. We prefer it unfrozen.

I was traveling with my family and needed a stay for overnight, from the reception the lady who welcomed us was so pleasant and from there I new we chose the right place. The place is sooooo clean and the environment says YOU ARE SAFE HERE... From the parkings outside to inside And the breakfast was sooooo nice, the setting of dinning area and it's cleanliness gives that good feeling and the lady from the kitchen who was assisting us she is so good with people "my 4yrs old son loved her so much...

Love everything about the place, very comfortable, and clean, good breakfast and the host is amazing. We arrived very late at night but Thembi was so Awesome and sweet. The lady cleaning our room and making us breakfast was awesome. Love being at a place where the staff treat you so well and are so kind. Will definitely come back.

Nice view . Nice DSTV that was working fine and comfortable beds. Clean towels and free tea and coffee. Friendly staff very accommodating. Hearty breakfast. Value for money.

2 socket plugs not working. Some light switches levers cracked. Some casement windows in lounge have loose hinges.. Sliding doors sticks a bit.

Place is absolutely clean 👌. Just Booking doesn’t offer an option to choose room with a balcony (preference). Breakfast was always on time , a suggestion of change in menu daily (variety) would be nice. Could even have guests choose night before out of 3 options.

The breakfast was way more than what I expected. Very nice indeed. Cereal to start and then a plate of bacon, sausages, fresh vegetables, egg (how you like it), fried onions and mushrooms ... at least for me it's a lot but was very good. Very friendly hostess as well :-) comfortable bed, very warm duvet so the cold nights are no problem. Aircon in the room as well so the heating function came in handy too. With my short stay there, I didn't get a chance to see the other amenities on offer. The weather was rainy too. Close proximity to shopping centres and beaches makes it an ideal location. You won't be disappointed staying at Falling Waters Guest House.

The smoke detector gives off a little beep every I think 1 minute or so which, when trying to sleep, can become a little annoying at times. The kettle that was there did function but it was a bit faulty like it struggled to stay switched on and when it eventually decided to stay switched on, it wouldn't switch off when the water was boiling so I had to switch it off at the wall. Minor things though. There is literally a room and a bathroom, no kitchen area per sé, but for my needs of a 1 night stay where I just needed a place to sleep overnight it was good for me.

there is no enough lighting from the gates towards reception , reception lady always not there we had to call on arrival because we rand the bell and no one was responding
