The hotel is clean and so are the rooms. They have wifi. They have a nice bed. They have a smart TV, I could connect my Netflix, disney+, prime video, youtube and AppleTV. Lovely rooms, it feels like home, very comfortable.

If judge it by the outside appearance you wouldn't even attempt to go. I only booked because I had no choice and because my sister had assured me it was okay inside. So basically they need up change their outside building appearance, it is not inviting, but the inside is excellent. They need to invest toilet brushes. They have tea stuff, cups and kettle but no ingredients🤷.

There was no breakfast since its a self catering hotel and the location is very good. Thank you. So our breakfast was good because we had to travel to town so we can cater for ourselves. So far everything was perfect especially the aircon since its too hot in Port Shepstone.

I hated the fact that we had to go to town to do some groceries, i think during relaxation its like you have to have everything around you for example room service i prefer that most of the time. Can you do that please.

The accommodation is easy accessible even if you are using public transport as it very close to the road. It was very clean and neat. They room was cleaned daily and the bedding changed daily during my stay. There is even a bar where you can enjoy your drinks while playing pool.

You are not allowed to smoke inside and the room we got was very far from the entrance which became a problem for my partner who smokes.

The rooms were clean and we felt welcome

I was just a bit concerned about the parking, please could you have a look at covered parking because if it hails cars could be damaged and have a secure gate, also some braai facilities. But we enjoyed the stay and will definitely come and stay there again.

The beds are very comfortable, the room is very clean. The rooms are nice and big.

The noise in the morning guests was noisy. The room has no view No tea, coffee, sugar, and milk was supplied, so one could have a cup of something. No breakfast facilities. No soap or shampoo was supplied.

The apartment was equipped with a lovely small kitchen which was adequate for me and my partner to make ourselves a simple and inexpensive breakfast. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was more than large enough for two people which saved time.

The road leading to and from the hotel is under construction and is a one way. We arrived at night and our Google Maps App did not recognise the road as a one way. Travellers should be aware of this. You can one enter from the top side.

Clean, staff nice and professional - (even the Security guy was so polite, professional and helpful,) the room has everything one needs for that type of accommodation.

Staff would make a lot of noise in corridors so early in the morning and end up disturbing our sleep

The front desk lady was very very friendly if it wasn't for her we wouldn't have stayed.. Inside the hotel is very neat and up market.

We did not like the route it took us to the hotel.. not the hotels fault but that's what put us off.. The outside of the hotel looks run down but inside is superb neat tidy and up market...
