Breakfast was lovely, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The seaview was amazing.

The amount of stairs leading up to our rooms was the most tiring. Would've appreciated a lift. The towels had stains on them and wasn't smelling clean. I did however request a clean towel which they brought to the room, but the next day housekeeping took the towels and replaced it with another set of stained towels. We were next to a family room, there was a door in between our room and theirs. You could hear everything as the door is not sound proof and the guests next door were noisy with their TV on loud right through the night.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. The were helpful and always assisted. the room was clean and they provided the towels and cleaned on time. they did not inconvenience during the clean up. the essentials in the room were replenished.

I had some kind of noise at my room that was continuous, it was like an air con that was running continuously or some kind of generator, on the first night it went off at around 09h00 and then it came back on. Please have this checked.

The room was perfect and clean. But there was no air freshener spray after you used the bathroom. The wodrop hadle have sharp screws and it pose a danger to the person using the wodrop. The bath tub was leaking as well. Thank you, Kind regards Sthokozile Nkala

the swimming pool was not clean

Firstly on our arrival the staff was very kind and helpful, we were helped with our bags to our room. Food was excellent especially Christmas dinner was well prepared. Place was clean our rooms were cleaned everyday and towels were changed soaps, shampoo and shower gels were refeelled every day. We enjoyed our stay hope to see Umthunzi very soon😊

Parking was by the reception was 1st come when we came back on the second we had no parking and we had to go park on the other parking which are very far from the rooms😔

Breakfast was nice … more vegetarian options would be appreciated. Not much choice for vegetarian. Didn’t see a vegan option either. Vegetarian/ vegan would have suited us

Booked room for 3 adults . Provided with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels & 2 mugs. Requested additional bath towel & mug. Couldn’t get any due to lateness of check in & housekeeping closed. Didn’t get any next day either though we re- requested.

Warm friendly, helpful staff and very organized.

We were in room no 40 (had hoped for a sea view room) which faces the carports and the room is very visible from the outside. I feel a net curtain would allow one a bit more privacy when the current curtains are open. However we enjoyed our stay and I have already recommended your hotel to a corporate company looking to host a team building event. Will definitely be back!

Clean, spacious rooms and a good breakfast. The beach is close by. Nice neighbourhood for an early morning jog.

The upkeep of the whole hotel premises could be improved with some renovations and cleaning of the yard, such as the parking lot and other outside areas. Poor wifi network quality, this needs improvement.

The staff were the best of all , they are friendly helpful and caring. Rooms are clean and tidy and has everything you need , and the most beautiful view and lovely food and drink at the restaurant - Im super pleased and would come back

Parking was very limited, would have loved a bar fridge in the room, but other than that was an amazing experience

The executive room was stunning, beyond our expectations. Friendly staff, very helpful. Was not up to having breakfast on the day of departure,and was offered the option of takeaway. Thank you guys once again for making our stay a memorable one
