Luxe-Molen is better than most places I've stayed at in Queenstown - proximity to the main connecting roads; a fully fletched restaurant - this was particularly convenient for me as most guest houses only offer a breakfast option - I thoroughly enjoyed their restaurant meals and the staff at the restaurant; a Spa which I unfortunately did not have the chance to utilise but will definitely book next time. My room was also quite spacious and I appreciated having a fridge as I could buy drinks for my road trip back to Johannesburg. It ticks all the boxes for a place to stay when I'm out-of-town.

The rooms are not sound proof. There was an alarm that went off and it took a good 2 hours for whoever to switch it off and so I couldn't sleep after that. When people are talking outside your room, you can hear the entire conversation. If there's noone around then the place is quite peaceful.

For people that had travelled over 800km from Gauteng, it was lovely to reside in a hotel that had all the amenities. The Receptionist was very helpful when we needed assistance, especially with parking when there was an overload of what looked like casual visitors for the Rugby World Cup Final Match. Unfortunately, as we were not visiting for leisure, we never got time for meals.

The issue of parking on the day of the RWC match was a but frustrating, but the receptionist with the assistance of one of the male employees who came to assist, averted what could have been a frustrating evening for us.

Great hotel. Super friendly staff. Extremely clean and spacious hotel room. Delicious breakfast. 10s all around. Good, central location. I will definitely be back and continue using this hotel when I'm in the area

The walls are slightly thin so it can get a bit noisy. But this didn't bother me. I slept peacefully.

Breakfast was great, fresh bread and yogurt takes the cup. Our room was also very spacious and neat. The lady who took care of us in the morning during breakfast deserves 10/10.

Loud music in the bar. The lady in the reception who welcomed us didn't look like she enjoys her job. This experience almost disappointed us about this place but in the morning we were well taken care of.

Modern, neat big room. Functional facilities. Power backup during load shedding. Availability of dinner a good convenience. Pleasant waitressing during breakfast and dinner. The meals were also well presented and delicious.

It took a bit of a while to be noticed at the gate on arrival. Did my eyes miss a bell or a similar item? Some overenthisiastic guests were noisy in the dining area. An item or two were missing in the bathroom but were promptly attended to upon enquiry. Soundproof or not?

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was comfortable and we were not affected by load shedding. The restaurant food, both dinner and breakfast was amazing. Great little stopover.

The noise at night and very early hours of the morning from doors opening and closing. Some stains on the bed sheets and pillow covers and shower was not clean.

Appreciated everything and valued the ease of access, as well as the warm welcome from the friendly and helpful staff.

The excessively warm temperatures and malfunctioning air conditioner made it quite challenging to get a good night's sleep. Aside from that, there was nothing I disliked.

Breakfast was superb, rooms were comfortable, security was good especially when travelling in a car. Friendly staff and highly disciplined and very warm towards the visitors.

Just to make a suggestion please place enough utensils in the room like teaspoons, tablespoons, fork and table knives, enough toilet paper. Please note that to make this property even safer you should consider installing electric fence or spikes on top of you wall fencing. This will take care of those mischievous criminal and deter them just in case they attempt to scale and jump over your wall fencing. Otherwise, I enjoyed every moment of my stay and will definitely come back in future.

The place is beautiful, clean and in a convenient location. The staff members are friendly and eager to please their clients 👌

The room was very close to reception, entrance and exit, which led to being in a noisy passage. I prefer quietness 🤫 and wouldn't wanna be placed in the same room when rebooking.

My stay was great, it was clean, it is winter outside and the rooms was cozy and heated. The staff was very good, friendly and responsive. Luzuko was a champ.

It may be found a little bit noisy outside, traffic and neighbours are busy, but it didnt bother me at all. Will definitely stay here again and i do recommend.
