Lovely facility. Clean and spacious. Property enclosed and in restful suburb. Giving sense of security and calm. Staff was friendly and made the stay pleasant. Good value for money.We enjoyed our stayover.

Minor glitch on attention to detail as there was an empty bottle on our veranda. Also a used soap in bathroom. These minor aspects did not detract from our pleasant experience, but if adressed the rating will be a 10. This comment not to discourage any person considering use of their facilities. It is real good value.

The location was very tranquil as the name states. The facilities exceeded my expectations in everything else but the shower.

I had the worst showering experience that left me with a flu. The water would be hot for a minute then ice cold the next and then align to what I set it to be the next so I was in and out the shower and would freeze while waiting for it to get warm again.

We enjoyed the quietness and it's very neat and clean. The staff was very loving especially the receptionist lady she is very sweet. I liked the fact she spoke our language to make us more comfortable. We are from Oudtshoorn Western Cape.

The kitchen closes too early for breakfast and breakfast takes too long when fully booked. Maybe you should consider buffet style when it's busy and the individual orders when it's quiet. We were told the kitchen closes at 09:30am on arrival and then told that it closes at 09:00 on the last day and could not have breakfast when we had a long drive back to Cape Town. The staff is not flexible to accommodate guests.

Staff ,very friendly and the place was easily placed for our needs.

As elderly pensioners we noticed that there was little consideration for those with walking disabilities.(Steps too steep)

The ambience at the guesthouse is amazing- right from the gate through the reception area to the rooms. The greenery is welcoming and relaxing. I was grateful for reliable internet connection and air conditioning! Breakfast the next day was lovely and checking out of the premises was hassle-free!

I must say I expected a more generous supply of towels, a couple of free soaps, shower caps and lotions. A complementary bottle or two of water in the fridge would have been great too!

The rooms were very nice and big. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

The quality of the towels. They were not smooth and the color was no longer white but cream to show they are old scratchy towels. There were also no hand towels in the room and in the bathroom. So nothing to wipe your hands with. After one person showered for less than 5 minutes hot water was finished which caused a little bit of frustration.

The facilities are excellent, clean, in good condition, serviced well. The gentleman that helped us, Romano, he was such a great person to deal with.

The bed was a bit small. It was a sharing option but I was convinced it was for one person.

The only issue is plugs in room weren’t always working
