Excellent room. Free car parking. The room was clean & tidy. Good & varied breakfast. good bed and excellent bathroom. Good choice of restaurants in the vacinity. problem with TV (a previous customer had reset it) was resolved by staff within 5 minutes

The self clearing in the breakfast room meant that the tables were not cleaned by staff. Earlier customers had not cleared up very well and there were no staff to rectify this. Instructions in English for the air conditioning would have been appreciated.

Nice clean and large hotel rooms close to Hahoe Village and the Andong Paper Factory. Staff were helpful and great at organising taxis for us, a group of 6 people. Close to a great coffee shop and Chinese restaurant

Area was very new and a little deserted at times and a 20 min taxi ride from the city. Beds were quite hard, for my liking. Chef was on the door at breakfast with dirty uniform each day so a bit off putting. Tables at breakfast weren't too clean.

Staff spoke english. Super friendly. Excellent location 40+ restaurants within a couple blocks. Low price but very upscale. Underground parking included.

Beds are not as hard as traditional Korean beds but very firm. Pillows were soft however and multiple types sizes per bed.

The location is good in new developed area of Andong. Very close to Andong Hua Wu historical site. There are a lot of restaurant near the hotel which provide plenty of dinner choices.

The hotel entrance is a little hard to find.

Parking space was too small for big car. Breakfast cost krw 13000. Air in the room was not fresh as not allowed to open the window in the room.

Clean, full amenities, relatively quiet. Bed was comfortable. The remote controls everything including room temperature and lighting. Well maintained. There was pipe noise whenever neighbor flushes or use shower. The breakfast buffet was good but healthier options would be more desirable.

The biggest draw back was how the building was planned and built. The adjacent building must be built in mind to connect two buildings but for example parking lot access road is extremely narrow and only one floor is available. If you park on the level below, B2, you have to use another elevator in the adjacent building and walk out and into the hotel. The breakfast room is also same that you have to walk outside to go there since the restaurant is located at the building next to. You have to dress up to endure cold weather outside although the walk is relatively short.

Digital lighting system was confusing and lmpractical. There was not enough towel hangers and hooks.
