Very pleasant nicely designed hotel for a good price. Spacious, well-designed rooms with ample storage space, comfy beds, large bathroom. Everything I expect from a hotel of this category. Front desk staff speaks English to various degrees but is very prompt in responding to any requests. The location is not too bad, the next subway stop is a bit of a walk or a few bus stops away but it is only a short and very pleasant walk to the beach, there are also a number of excellent brunch places in ca. 15min walking distance.

Incredibly clean hotel. Not a speck of dust anywhere, even on the remote! A wonderful location with a gorgeous view of the skyline and part of the Gwangali bridge. Very kind helpful front desk staff who will help with anything. Lovely walk from right outside hotel along the coast all the way to the beach (about 10 mins). Shower was excellent and aircon worked so well.

This was a really lovely hotel with a large room and I had an excellent view of the bay and across to the skyscrapers of Haeundae. The staff were great. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The room rate was entirely reasonable for the quality of the hotel. The restaurant upstairs has a lovely view and is quite upmarket.

I wish I could've stayed a couple more nights but the weekend rates are a lot more than mid-week! There is a bit of noise from the bridge but that would be the case anywhere with a view. The hotel has a cafe but the opening hours are weird - not open for breakfast during the week and on Saturday morning it finished at 10 am. This is not uncommon for Korea, however - they don't seem to have much of a breakfast culture.

Very clean, large room with panoramic windows. bathrobe and slippers, complimentary water daily and nice coffee shop on level 2 (although it didn’t open til 9am). lovely place to relax with a coffee.

The location is really better suited to people who like to walk. There is a new boardwalk across the road from the hotel which takes you to Centrum City (20mins) or closest MRT - about the same. the other direction takes you to Gwangalli beach with many food and cafes along the way. It’s not really suited if you can’t walk far although there were taxis available if you booked.

Everything the view is amazing they’ll room is big bright and clean. Windows that open with screens so no bugs get in the room. Amazing we loved it. We had a great stay the place is beautiful view and location amazing there’s a walking trail outside the hotel door that spans the coast of Haeundae beach with restaurants and stores all on the way. Mr. Martin was amazing he helped with taxis and our luggage. He deserves a raise and promotion. !

The location was great! Right next to the coastal walkway. Nice place to explore both sides of Busan. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable bed. We had a great view of the ocean and the bridge. PS: Would highly recommend the gukbap place near the hotel.

We couldn’t figure out the lighting system for the room (it was centralized in one panel/system). Also the AC was not intuitive- there was a thing above the lighting panel that has some buttons for AC, which did not work. We had to ask reception about it - FYI you control the AC through the remote control.

The price of the Ocean view suite is not worth it compared to its size and its view compared to other rooms.

Very comfortable, prime location. View was quite pretty and created a nice ambience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as I had to store baggage before check-in. The cafe was a nice treat, if a little expensive. I really liked the bed, it was extremely comfortable, and the general interior was quite sleek and chic. Overall I had a great stay and would stay here again!

Spacious, modern room with desk and coffee table. We had fantastic view of the harbour from our room. Comfortable bed and pillows and large bathroom.

Amazing view, great room and excellent location.

On the dowsides, the bed was a bit small for two people. No breakfast or room service available, just a restaurant open for classic hours. But would recommend for the view!
