Everything! I can't fault the hotel or room. I loved the location. Fabulous view of Gwangalli Bridge. The room was cleaned when I wanted it. Nice sized room and bathroom. Fabulous little bidet. Absolutely loved the dryer in the room - every hotel room should have one. Laundry was free in the lobby area - they provided washer, dryer, and even detergent! Staff were lovely - they tried so hard to communicate with you in English. Breakfast was a bit boring, but it was fresh and plenty of it - had no complaints. Lovely little terrace. Had separate decent slippers for room, bathroom, and terrace, which was novel. Good sized tv and Netflix provided. Socket next to bed. The aircon was great. They provided gowns, but I never used them. Access to the ice making machine was a Godsend in the heat. Little refrigerator as well as kettle and bottled water. Bed was soooooo comfortable. CVS on the ground floor. Mega coffee in the building as well. Buses only 5 minutes walk - didn't use subway, so I'm not sure of its distance from the hotel. There is so much to do in Gwangalli. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Nothing to dislike!

The view was fantastic! We really enjoyed relaxing and looking at the beach day or night. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. Staff - friendly and helpful. We saw the drone show from the middle of the beach which was the better view compared with side on view in front of the hotel. ** When we arrived, the taxi dropped us off at the back of the hotel and we walked into the Ocean Bridge entrance.. You need the B lifts and go to Level 12 to check in. The hotel is in the middle building. From the front you can enter side doors near an orange coloured game arcade shop or past a convienience store. Just book it, you will love it!

The bathroom had a slight smell to it but we kept the plugs in. Didn't smell it in the room. Slightly noisy from the Saturday night crowd but that's to be expected.

The view and location are amazing. I feel this accommodation is more like a high end apartment rather than a luxury hotel. If you approach it with this expectation you won't be disappointed. The rooms occupy two floors (level 11/12) of this building.The beds were very comfortable, the bath was deep and wonderful to soak in. The decor is minimalist and tasteful. The beach is on your doorstep (just across the road) and the accommodation is an easy stroll to all the restaurants and bars on the main strip.

Very basic breakfast, small bath towels, no milk in the bar fridge, no amenities kit. Having said this, these were only minor quibbles and the breathtaking view and convenient location certainly outweighed any of these gripes.

We loved the view, it's simply amazing and you can really enjoy it from your room. The location of the hotel is perfect, as the Gwangalli beach is great - crowded and with many shops and restaurants in the area, some even in the building of the hotel, that occupies only several floors, and with a free drone show on Saturday. The rooms are fine and the staff was very helpful.

The breakfast is quite simple, but it was fine for us. Anyway, we loved our stay at the Marine View, so that was not really an issue. We chose the hotel for its view and were not at all disappointed! :-)

Nice modern rooms and a quiet hotel with a central location. Checking in and out was made very convenient. We booked the more inexpensive option with no views to the seaside, but we could catch a climpse to the sea. Overall a very nice stay.

Breakfast could have been a bit better, maybe by offering some fruits and veg. The hallway to the hotel elevator was available to anyone and our door was left open when we checked in which was a bit weird.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely modern clean room with beautiful view in great location. We had an AirDresser in our room which was a huge bonus as well as free use of the hotel washing machine and dryer.

The only disappointment was the breakfast. We are not fussy and can usually find something edible but this really was a let down. We ended up buying breakfast from a cafe each morning. It would be better not to offer any breakfast at all so guests are not so disappointed.

The room had a beautiful view. Size was satisfactory. The hotel is next to the beach and there are many restaurants around. Good for the beach and night life.

There are many hotels in one building. Each of them occupies 2-3 floors so it's a different standard than in Europe. The ground floor is common for all and it's rather untidy. Breakfast is very limited.

the property is clean, well furnished, spacious and value for money. there is a convenient store right downstairs the hotel and it's just 1min walk away from the beach. there is nothing not to like about this hotel. amazing stay!

there are no amenities kit, so if you need it, you'll have to purchase from the reception or at the convenient store downstairs. it's a little far away from public transport.

The view is great the price is reasonable. The room size is ok for a couple. Staff is so nice. you can easily work to many attractive place including the beach.

not easy to find the hotel as it located together with other hotels in the same building (separated floor), but not that hard too.

The location was great. We had a great room with a very beautiful view, it was super clean and comfortable. All the amnesties were present and brand new. Super nice and friendly staff.

The only thing we did not enjoyed fully was the breakfast because of the small space it had on the dinning area. I believe they should adjust the check in time, 4 PM is quite late according to me.
