The hotel was exactly as advertised. We were given a beautiful room overlooking the bay. Big bed, nice shower. Friendly hotel staff. And great location, well within walking distance of shops, restaurants and take away. (also, for those who don't mind an easy 15 minute walk, the metro was only 15 min away, which was ideal for us.)

For those who don't like a walk, the hotel isn't readily near the underground. It's about a 15 minute walk away. This didn't bother us at all, but I understand it's not ideal for others in different situations. That said, it's an easy and fairly cheap taxi ride form most parts of the city.

The location of the property was excellent. It was walkable to so many stores and restaurants, even a 24 hour pet store where we were able to get our dog a birthday treat. The workers were so kind and provided a list of places to eat at that were dog friendly nearby. After we checked out and were driving back home, we realized we left something in our room. After contacting them, they immediately responded and sent the item back to us within 30 minutes of notification. Overall, we had a great first time stay, and plan on staying again next time we are in Busan.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The location was fantastic, and even though I didn't have a Seaview room, I could still see the sea. The staff are so helpful and friendly and willing to assist whenever I needed help or had a question. The room was spacious, and the facilities and extras provided were good. The location is perfect. On the beach front of one of the best beaches in Busan. A five minute walk and you can be on the beach or in the bar and restaurant district. You are also a short walk away from haeundae Beach if you want a but of variation, and the subway stops are quite close too.

The room was very spacious and clean. We had a balcony, large tv and were able to use the laundry facilities. The hotel is on the beach front, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants.

The hotel is about a 20 min walk from the subway, however there are bus stops 5-10 mins away so wasn’t too much of an issue.

The location is fantastic. Right at the ocean view and walking distance to the Minrak the Market and may other cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was very clean and nutritious meal. I couldn't believe this hotel is only 2 stars for what it is.

Noise was coming through the wall a bit and spotted some hairs on the bedding which wasn't the best but didn't have any trouble to have good night sleep.

This hotel has a good location with a sea view and Gwangali Bridge. It takes around 10 mins to the station, 5 mins to the bus stop and there are many convenience shops around. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Although the guy working at night could not communicate well in English, he tried to help us order the food. You can easily find a good restaurant not too far from the hotel.

Nice rooms, good size, clean, good location just beside Gwangalli beach. Lots of restaurants , coffee shops, bars and young people around.

They are cleaning the rooms every 3 days, we stayed 4 so a day before we left they cleaned the room, non sense. Very hard to find the hotel. It is in a building with different businesses, the entrance is on the side and we didn't know so we were going in circles with 5 big suitcases, they should specify a floor and the way to get there.

A little more effort to clean the room. The floor especially felt that it had sand, vacuuming thoroughly would solve the issue. The bath area easily scatters water on the floor making it messy and wet. Since the room is not clean daily it require you to make an effort to clean up your self.

Close to the beach and restaurants a short walk away. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Got a bit of water around the bathroom when showering but wasn’t too much of an issue.

A lively, vivid sorrounding with lots of touristic facilities. Beautiful, breathtaking view from the hotel room. The room and the bathroom was huge compared to other Asian hotels.

The staff doesn't speak English. The brakfast is served on limited days and only in a limited one hour.
