The hotel was exactly as advertised. We were given a beautiful room overlooking the bay. Big bed, nice shower. Friendly hotel staff. And great location, well within walking distance of shops, restaurants and take away. (also, for those who don't mind an easy 15 minute walk, the metro was only 15 min away, which was ideal for us.)

For those who don't like a walk, the hotel isn't readily near the underground. It's about a 15 minute walk away. This didn't bother us at all, but I understand it's not ideal for others in different situations. That said, it's an easy and fairly cheap taxi ride form most parts of the city.

The location of the property was excellent. It was walkable to so many stores and restaurants, even a 24 hour pet store where we were able to get our dog a birthday treat. The workers were so kind and provided a list of places to eat at that were dog friendly nearby. After we checked out and were driving back home, we realized we left something in our room. After contacting them, they immediately responded and sent the item back to us within 30 minutes of notification. Overall, we had a great first time stay, and plan on staying again next time we are in Busan.

The room was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay there. The view from our room was amazing. We even got to watch the drone show from our room. The location is perfect, you are just a few steps away from the beach. There are may restaurants, cafes and bars around.

The room felt a bit small for 3 people and their suitcases. There was not enough storage for the 3 of us.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The location was fantastic, and even though I didn't have a Seaview room, I could still see the sea. The staff are so helpful and friendly and willing to assist whenever I needed help or had a question. The room was spacious, and the facilities and extras provided were good. The location is perfect. On the beach front of one of the best beaches in Busan. A five minute walk and you can be on the beach or in the bar and restaurant district. You are also a short walk away from haeundae Beach if you want a but of variation, and the subway stops are quite close too.

Excellent price for this hotel — I’ve paid more for uncomfortable hostels. It’s super clean and offers many facilities. They provide plenty of towels, and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. The lounge has an amazing view of the beach.

It would be great to have a mirror where you can see your whole body — or at least your upper body. The only mirror in the room was placed too high.

good value for money, excellent location near Gwangalli beach in Busan - right on the beach near all the restaurants and pubs, clear room, simple check-in/check-out including luggage keeping after check-out.

the room we booked was for 3 and was a little too small, would have been great for 2. The elevators are super slow so it takes a long time to leave or come back to the room

This hotel was great and I can’t believe how little I paid for it! Right on the beach and in the midst of the action, the room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. Equipped with a fridge, kettle, modern bathroom with shower and bidet, and a comfy bed, it was definitely excellent value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very spacious and clean. We had a balcony, large tv and were able to use the laundry facilities. The hotel is on the beach front, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants.

The hotel is about a 20 min walk from the subway, however there are bus stops 5-10 mins away so wasn’t too much of an issue.

The room was very very spacious and big and the bathroom was huge and it also had a lovely huge new modern bath which was fantastic.

The sheets had some stains.. please check the sheets carefully as some might need to be deeper cleaned as i found some old small blood stains

The location is fantastic. Right at the ocean view and walking distance to the Minrak the Market and may other cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was very clean and nutritious meal. I couldn't believe this hotel is only 2 stars for what it is.

Noise was coming through the wall a bit and spotted some hairs on the bedding which wasn't the best but didn't have any trouble to have good night sleep.
