ONLY BOOK HERE WHEN YOU COME TO BUSAN!!! We had one of the most incredible stays here, the room was perfect, clean and had a spectacular view - especially if you visit on a Saturday when the drone show is literally right in front of your room. Here's a run down of our stay: 1. The staff: When we arrived, we were welcomed by the kindest owner - knowing it was my birthday he ensured we were comfortable in the room and provided a complimentary bottle of wine. He even personally delivered a traditional korean breakfast on the day of ny birthday. Every time we left the room or came back to the room he welcomed us. Everyday we were provided with new towels, Toiletries and bin liners. 2. The room: One of the cleanest rooms we have been to and had everything you could need for a long or short stay - full fridge, microwave, coffee machine, cold water tap, kettle, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, electric black-out blinds, bath, shower and a kitchen table! 3. The location An incredible location on Gwangali Beach, the whole beach could be seen from our room, including the weekly drone show and the volleyball courts. There is a great CU convenience store downstairs as well as plenty of cafes and restaurants. We mainly ubered around so not too sure about public transport options 4. The BALCONY BATH This was the cherry on top - a bath on the balcony which can be filled with whatever temperature water you could want. A few drinks at night looking over Gwangali beach was amazing - an experience which many hotels do not provide. When we come back to Busan, this will be the only place we stay. We cannot fault our experience. We will be back!!!

Pretty much everything. The layout of the room was clever, making it seem larger than the actual square footage. The AC worked beautifully on some of the hottest days in Busan, and the terrace with the wood bathtub was almost magical with the fairy lights strewn across the area. The bathroom design was also excellent. This was one of the few places that I looked at before booking that had a separate room for shower + tub.

Nothing - this review is purely for the room. The "hotel" is one floor in a large-ish building with seven other hotels occupying different floors. If you're looking for a traditional hotel with hotel amenities like lobby, dining areas, bar, pool, concierge, etc., do NOT stay here. If you don't care about hotel amenities/service, I don't think the room [Sea View Family Room] can compare to any other hotel room in this price range. Because there is no breakfast available, a few more coffee capsules would have been nice.

Service was great and the rooms are even better. I was here with my family and we had ample room to sleep, hang out, and unpack without being stacked on top of each other. The hotel is on the 15th floor so we also had a great view of the bridge. Our room included a sauna and foot soaking tubs which we absolutely loved and used every day of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back in the future.

At first it was difficult to navigate to the hotel since it's in a building with many other hotels and other businesses. There are 2 towers in this building which are accessible by side entrances, and this particular hotel is in Tower B on the 15th floor

Great location and view. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and easy to get a uber any time of day there. Very friendly, helpful and responsive host. Nice touch with the welcome gifts. Very clean and lots of care taken into preparing the space

Personal taste, but the room was a little too cluttered for us with extra furniture that we thought took away from the beautiful view and lovely architecture/layout of the room.

We thought it was the best place to be in Busan - as it is a spacious comfortable apartment on the top floor of a building with breathtaking views over the sea and the beach. We liked a big balcony with a bathtub.

This is a hotel which occupies just one floor of a building and it is not easy to find on the map. So we phoned there to get an address for our taxi driver. The staff is very helpful and explained everything. Moreover, on the way back, the receptionist took us to the taxi so that we didn‘t have to look for it.

Location of the hotel at gwangali beach front, next to the raw fish street which means plenty of seafood restaurants. Facing the main beach stretch are cafes, coffee shops and little eateries in the back alley means one can eat well without leaving the area. Love the foot bath at the outdoor balcony and the partial view of the gwangali bridge

It is at least a 15mins walk to the nearest subway station, which isn't such a pleasant walk during the hot summer

Clean and spacious esp the patio. The location of the hotel is good and oversee the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful when in need. I can see the put in much effort in stay and guest experience.

Not much dissatisfactory other than the bathroom. The floor is very slippery when it is wet even with normal walks. This caused an accident during my stay. So please look into this.

The view is great and you’re right at the top floor of the building. Handy for the beach or to get picked up in a taxi. Sitting in the large bath while the sun goes down on the balcony was great.

I wish that the large Onsen bath outside could be filled up quicker as it takes a very long time to fill it with the regular tap as it is so large

There was so much to like about the stay. The staff were very friendly and responded to anything very quickly. There was a moment where it seemed like our drain was clogged, however after contacting the staff, my phone died. The staff waited until I came back to check on the issue (I got back closer to 1am so they waited for around 5 hours for me to return ㅠㅠㅠ). This place will be the number one option for all my future Busan visits!

Very nice spacious room, equipped with microwave, big fridge, good onsen outside! The lobby might look a bit like a massage parlour but you’re in the right place haha. Very friendly staff that will bring you around the room to show you how to use the binds, aircon and also where the drone show!
