Great location with just an alleys away from the subway entrance. Various shops and vendors just on the other side of the street, which includes food, fruits, vegetables, and clothing. Convenience store is a minute away, and a shopping mall is an exit away within the metro, so it’s very convenient to get to. Said mall has a Daiso as well, with affordable prices. Subway itself is two or three stations away from popular tourist areas. Bed was comfortable, and the pillows as well. Large TV with good volume. Three water bottles were provided daily, and change of towels. Really nice shower, and one of the two rooms had a tub, which was large and relaxing. Spacious room allows for various luggage to be opened. Room includes a wall desk, a table, a stool, computer and two chairs. Very convenient. AC takes a bit to get working, but the included fan makes up for it. Windows do their job insanely well. No sunlight at all gets in, keeping the room super dark at every hour.

One of the bathroom mirrors was quite stained. And the entrance and the elevator had some odd strong smells. Neither really a deal breaker. Provided comb and brush were not clean, and hence went unused. And photos made it seem like toothbrushes were provided but they were not.

In my humble opinion, the room and the toilet were spacious for 1 traveller. The check-in is quick and straightforward. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, even though she could not speak English. The room will have make-up daily with fresh towels and bathrobes. The hotel works like a motel, and it is located between many Busan attractions, so I have to take the metro to go to the attractions. For example, shopping districts like Nampo and Gwangbok in the south and Seomyeon in the north.

I have a room that has a PC, but I am unable to on it smoothly. The bathtub is located at the slant rooftop, so I have to bend my knee to wash my hair which splash all the water around the toilet due to lack of space.

My girlfriend and I spent two weeks in Korea in July 2025. During this time, we stayed at five different hotels in four different cities. We can safely say that Prince Hotel was the best one we had in Korea – and at the same time, it was also the cheapest! Very clean and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located on a street with small, authentic restaurants for locals rather than tourists, so you can really experience the true Korean atmosphere there. We definitely recommend this place!

The location was a little hard to find at first but was actually close to the metro and bus stops. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom looked new and the shower worked well. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Tea, coffee and water were restocked every day.

A little difficult to find especially at night. Could hear noises from some of the nearby rooms.

Warning: is it a motel. We didn’t know before going, so it was kinda funny when we got there. The facilities were very clean, tho. Towels smelled clean, which is always a good sign to me. The overall stay was ok. The location was also really good. AC worked well. The windows are tinted, so it’s good for privacy and not letting the light get through the window in the morning

Didn’t really like that the hotel didn’t specify it was a motel. Towels were also small, but I believe is more of a Korean thing.

Overall the property was good. No issues. Very clean, and they cleaned our room every day and the lady in the front desk was very attentive to our needs. Thumbs up and highly recommended when in busan. To the review below mine who’s complaining about this property being a motel. You’re either a very high class person or just spoiled. This property is literally like a hotel. Amazing and clean.

Really friendly and helpful staff. They don't speak English, but the various translation apps were good enough to convey our intentions. Location was very good too, nearly at the doorstep of a subway stop. The room was cleaned daily and a coin laundry is located about 5 minutes away. Plenty of local food options in the area as well.

We were a bit skeptical because of the reviews and it's a motel, but the place is actually nice for the price. Has a table for working on your laptop. Has soap, shampoo, conditioner and even skin creams. Quiet, cleaned, Wifi works well.

The location isn't the best. You're close to Seomyeong, Busan Tower area and kyungsung university area but also not within walking distance.

Very well located next to a metro station that potentially brings you into other parts of the huge city that Busan is. If you're a rainbow member or ally, you won't be disappointed as it's the heart of where the fun is. Incredibly nice staff despite language barriers. It was pouring one day and the good land lady bought me an umbrella to avoid getting soaked.

The bed and sheets are very comfortable. The windows can be completely blinded also during the day (great for jet lag). The staff didn’t speak English but was very friendly. We got fresh water bottles and clean towels and robes every day. The room had soap,shampoo, conditioner and skin care products

The entrance is a bit hidden in a small alley. As other reviews says it’s probably a motel, but we had a very pleasant stay
