Big, comfortable bed. Clean. Room was large but space could have been used better. Free water and coffee. Staff were friendly and accommodating enough and spoke some English but not as warm as the initial message I received from them and didn't reply to my emails. Great location, few minutes walk from MRT station and 10ish minute walk to Seomyeon, which has a lot going on. Toilet had bidet. Decent value for money but breakfast could have been included for the price. Restaurant area where you could sit and hang out.

Some rooms have a bathtub but ours didn't.

Near subway , the room is clean and good conition, have lift, near 7-11 , near bus stop Staff is friendly.

We were allowed early check-in which was very much appreciated. The room was large and had a massage chair which was perfect after a day of walking. They also have free coffee available in the foyer. Access to the washing machine and dryer, which I thought was going to be free, was actually 5,000 won per load. The location was very good with easy access to the subway and buses but there are not many restaurants close by. The bed was a little firmer than I like but I had a surprisingly good sleep.

The showers, and there are two, put water all over the bathroom floor. There were no luggage racks. There was a kettle but only small paper cups which are not really suitable for a hot drink. And for some reason they kept leaving only one bath towel.

The lady on front desk was lovely. Very helpful with laundry and that service itself very very useful! Helpful free water and basic coffee at front desk. Great location two minutes to metro and near usual stores etc. Room itself great, if you can afford to do so do go for the room with spa bath and massage chair, they were luxuries we greatly enjoyed, especially the chair. Fab hot powerful shower. Comfy bed. Would highly recommend.

One night the room next door was full of very noisy I assume drunk locals. This woke us up. It was a Saturday night in the middle of Busan and we accept this can happen.

Everything about the hotel was simply the best. I was able to check-in earlier and receptionists were very kind and friendly. The room was spacious and absolutely beautiful - I’ve regretted not staying more nights just to enjoy the room. The massage chair was fenomenal, the bathroom clean and super modern, the bed was HUGE and very comfortable. After walking all day I slept like a baby. The location was super convenient, the metro literally around the corner and you have convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants around. If I ever go back to Busan, I will rebook this hotel and the same room type again!!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed so far - Highly recommended!! The room and bathroom were super spacious and squeaky clean. There’s a big TV with Netflix and the free laundry and dryer were a bonus. The breakfast was delicious and affordable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Brown-Dot very much.

The water heater in our bathroom took a while to heat up but it’s not a big issue at all, just need a little bit of patience.

The location is very convenient; 5 minutes from the metro station. The hotel provides a free flow of mineral water, a bonus during the warm weather when we visited Busan.

The bathroom was amazing, with a bathtub (jacuzzi) AND a shower. Spacious too. The room was large and the space comfortable. Host was super nice with unlimited bottled water in the lobby and in the room. Central location, 2min walk of the metro stop and buses.

It wasn't spotless clean, but nothing horrendous. Just 1 or 2 hair on the floor or something.

The room was very spacious & enjoyed Netflix - the massage chair + AC. Free bottled water was on hand, very friendly receptionist, well located to metro plus use of a washer & dryer. An enjoyable 4 night stay.

As a suggestion you may like to think about introducing some western items for the breakfast menu such as bread, toaster, jam, juice & cereal as it offers a variety & we noted that you had a number of international guests that you might like to cater for. It seems that Korean breakfast, lunch & dinner all blend into the same meal vs other cultures offer up a more varied variety. Something to consider.

The lady at reception greeted me very happily and spoke excellent English. The hotel and facilities were clean, the room spacious and free bottled water was excellent. The picture of the hotel room showed a massage chair but my room did not have one which was disappointing. I paid a higher price for that room specifically for the massage chair. Regardless, I had a wonderful two nights and recommended this hotel to anyone! :)
