Great location, clean, the rooms are nice, we had a small balcony. I liked it. Just minor issues: We were always getting only one big towel instead of two for some reason. No problem at all, we just went to the reception and asked for more, but I just found it weird. Also, note that the beds are heated. I guess it's common in Korea, but it's our first trip to Korea, and we only realised it when leaving, so I'm not sure if you can turn them off. I personally like it, but my husband doesn't.

We had a good stay, there were a few small things that could be better: There was only one large towel (and small ones) for two persons in the room. When we asked for an extra towel, they gave one. But for two persons, 2 large towels are self-evident, we think. Check-in at 16h is pretty late. Stained bedsheets and towels. When showering, the bathroom got pretty wet because of the splashing water.

The location was perfect, near the metro station and the food alley. The staff was lovely, very available and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and confortable. Very recommended!

We had an issue with the billing, but both the hotel staff and the booking.com were extremely helpful in addressing it and providing a satisfying solution, so it was very a minor problem.

Overall no complains: good bed, nice bathroom, clean. Good sound-proofing considering our window was facing a highway.

Motion-activated light at the entrance triggered every time one of us went to the bathroom at night, bothering the 2nd person. Shower cabin does not have glass/curtain on one of the side, as a result the floor was wet every time we showered and we had to dry it with a towel. A/C, once every 1-2h made very annoying sound (as if water was dripping internally) that woke me up once or twice.

The hotel is located in great localization, you have access to transport communication, to main streets, in the middle of Busan. The room was clean with all the conveniences as bathrobes,slippers, kettle, tea, cleaning products.

You have to extra paid if you want faster check in (11000 won for 1hour faster).

No housekeeping! We asked the reception on the second day to make our room, they only left fresh towels and did not even take the used ones from the floor!

Beautiful hotel, had 3 rooms booked as a group + we were all very happy with our stay. Also in a good location , close to lots of bars, restaurants + shopping with 2 metro stops within walking distance. Overall delighted with everything

Awesome room. Liked the way reception was set up to purchase and heat a frozen dinner and even a sealed glass of wine could be bought. You can sit on one of many bar stools looking to the outside. Perfect for solo traveller!

Clean, tidy and has amenities in the room. Good location for subway stops and is walkable to many eateries, shops etc., Rooms are big with plenty of space.

To be picky, the mattress felt old/hard springs can be felt.
