We are really impressed, it’s value for money for the quality we paid. Interior design and room setup remind us of The Fullerton Bay Hotel in Singapore. A lot of drawers fitted under the countertop, which is long enough to place 2 luggages on it to conveniently pack belongings. The toilet is segregated, toilet bowl & shower are separated so multiple guests can use them concurrently. There’s even a bathtub to enjoy a jacuzzi spa! Hotel is conveniently located, cafes downstairs & nearby, lots of good local food options walking distance away. Lotte Dept Store is also nearby. Convenient to get taxi (we used Kakao T), or walk to the Seomyeon metro station. Breakfast selection was good, we enjoyed making our own Croffles every morning! (they prepared the dough & you just need to put it in the waffle maker for 3mins). Recommend to go down early for breakfast, as there’s limited seating at the dining space, otherwise guests will have to queue to wait to go in.

The room had basic essentials and fresh water daily but not many amenities provided in the bathroom or ‘kitchen’ area. Beds made up daily and fresh towels. We lost a piece of jewelry down the bathroom sink and maintenance came to recover it for us straight away which we were very grateful for. Option for later (paid) check out was handy and Reception called for our taxi to meet in underground car park which we appreciated. The location was excellent near loads of restaurants and shops.

The overall feel of the hotel is a bit dated (hall carpets, room decor). Weird having check in on level 10 (above rooms). Not many provisions in the room apart from basics. No big issues and we were happy with our stay.

My room is old and outdated; need renovations. There were stains on marble floor, but the cleaner only vacuum the floor without mopping. I have wiped some dirts with wet tissue easily. The floor has not been mopped for long time, I told the front desk to instruct cleaners to take follow up action. They did wiped away some old stains ( not all) caused the marks of wiping were visible, not clean enough. I don’t think they have mopping in daily cleaning procedures. And blonde hair were found in the bathroom. I choose Arban Hotel because the comments reflected ‘very clean’ but in my experience, it was not really satisfactory.

The room was big clean and featured a wonderful jacuzzi type of bathtub as well as comfortable beds. As the room was situated on the 12th floor, we enjoyed a gorgeous panorama of Busan city. Every day the hotel restaurant served excellent breakfast with various types of dishes. In the vicinity of the hotel there are numerous restaurants and cafés.

There was an unpleasant odour coming from the toilet and no air freshener to deal with it. Another downside was poor lighting. After the sunset the room was on the dark side even if all the possible lights were on.

It seemed like the place was just redone, always a positive. Right next to the elevators were the washer and drier. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was huge with a bidet, the sink had minimal space to place your toiletries. The room was well lit with the necessary amenities like home slippers, hairdryer, shelf storage, enough outlets and counter space, and the television was pretty new allowing us to enjoy basic apps such as Netflix and YouTube.

The furthest floor from the Lobby, which was Floor 6, the floor we stayed on was right above a bowling alley. It got quite loud one night, but me and my friend were able to sleep through the noise generated from such a place. we called the reception desk the first night asking if they could move us, afraid of not being able to sleep through the noise, surprisingly we were able to. they were able to accommodate us by offering us a single bed to move into on a different floor but we just decided to stay with our 2 single bed bedroom

Overall a great place with spacious rooms located very close to the subway and pretty much in the center of Busan. It was clean and they provided water everyday, which was nice. I thought it was quite cheap for the size of the room.

The air conditioner was quite noisy and had a very visible green light lighting up the room at night. The bathroom could use some hooks for the towels and the shower lacks a place to put the shower head during showers - it was a little inconvenient to have to hold the shower head up while shampooing.

Spacious clean room with a comfy bed, great location withing a short walk from subway, bus stops, food market and Lotte department store. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again during next trip to Busan.

Maybe it's just me but I couldn't figure out how to make the jacuzzi in the room work - buttons didn't seem to do the thing and the rooftop lounge from the photos wasn't accessible, the outside part of it.

Loved the kind and helpful staff. The room was very spacious. Location was great for food, shopping and nightlife. It was very close to a subway entrance-#6 I believe just around the block. Despite my complaints below, I would certainly stay here again.

There was nowhere to hang a towel, washcloth or makeup bag. There were some gnat-like bugs flying around. There was some mold around the bathroom. A gnat was behind the bathroom sink unfortunately, it was stuck under the caulking and I couldn’t get it out. We were sad that the outdoor patio had no view or even chairs to enjoy the outdoors.

This hotel is located in the centre of Busan approx. 5 minute from metro station. I can honestly recommend staying here - it was good value for money. Our rooms were clean and quite specious, twin rooms had two quite big beds. Next to the reception there is display with many outstanding fridge magnets to buy and to be honest haven't seen them in the souvenir shops around Busan cheaper, breakfast was tasty and with quite big range of food. Unfortunately, during our visit the windows at breakfast place were closed sore couldn't have seen those beautiful trees on the roof. I Have to admit that cleaning staff do their best to maintain rooms clean!

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Busan. Only a few minutes to walk to Seomyeon Station, where the two main subway lines are both available. The surrounding area is full of shops and restaurants, so it's a great place to be in the evening. The staff are very nice and helpful.

If you are on the 6th floor or 7th floor, you will be able to hear the bowling alley which is on the 5th floor. It's open until 2am, so it's advisable to ask for a room on the 8th floor or above!
