Spacious room, nice sas in the room, good TV, good bathrobes, quiet despite being in a VERY active neighborhood. Laundry is very useful. Very friendly cleaning staff Huge bathtub 🤗

Mattress is a bit hard for skinnier people, food smell from nearby restaurant if you open the window Front staff is not very friendly (but still professional)

- Location was great! very convenient, surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Short walk to subway exit 7. - Convenience stores on both ends of the street. - Heated floors in winter. - Hotel provides ALL essentials like toothbrush kit, vanity kit, skincare products, hair dryer, hair spray, hairbrush & comb, even shower towels and hair iron. - Rooms were big. 2 large double beds ..... mattresses were strangely different though. 1 was firm, 1 was soft. - Huge TV - Large rooms.

- Shower/tub design We had a family quad room. Koreans are used to wet bathrooms i suppose as they have a rain shower in the middle of the bathroom. We weren't so we used the showerhead in the tub. They also have a huge bathtub but perhaps the hotel can consider changing the shower head holder to one that has an adjustable angle. Right now, it's a fixed shower head holder and if you turn the tap on full, it sprays to the wall behind you and it will flood the bathroom. Foreigners will appreciate this A LOT! - Windows Aircon was turned off as it was winter - so we left the window open slightly when we slept. Street seems like a club street - it's not too noisy though but you can hear noises through the window. - hair iron has no use ... takes ages to heat up and barely hot. haha

Lion hotel is situated in a great location amongst a busy nightlife section of Busan. The hotel itself is definitely dated, the hallways were pretty dim and not AC'd. There was free self-service laundry that we appreciated but only 2 washer machines and 1 dryer for the entire hotel. The dryer wasn't working well and it took ~2 cycles for us to get our clothes fully dry. The room was on the smaller side but functional. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest when we first arrived but seemed to have been cleaned more thoroughly the next day. The shower setup was a little odd and it seemed more of a "wet bathroom" where the expectation was for everything to get once using the shower. The two sinks, one inside tha bathroom and one outside, helped. Free water and clean towels provided. Overall not a bad place to stay considering the price but definitely not a luxury hotel. But the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest when we first arrived but was very clean the next day. Dark, non-AC'd hallways. The self-service dryer wasn't functioning well at the time

The hotel is located at a back alley but in the middle of lots of food options. Its also near to Lotte departmental store which had pretty decent shopping.

Staff were pretty unwilling to help when we needed help to get somewhere. You have to be self reliant to stay here.

Our room was very big, we had plenty of space and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was huge as well, we loved that we had a bathtub as well as a shower. The hotel is so close to the metro and a lot of shopping places, it's a really good place to stay if you've never been before and want to be close to everything. We did a few day trip tours and the pick up point was at the metro stop 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel, it was perfect.

We had no complaints.

It was very clean and comfortable. We were given free bottles of water everyday. Also there was free laundry which was handy. The location was near the shops and Seomyeon subway station.

- Spacious room with a large TV - Warm floor (thumbs up!) is especially nice in winter time - Parking space is not large, but apparently not many people bring a car, so it was fine – we could park the car easily quite late at 10 pm. - Late check out (at noon) is definitely a plus!

As the hotel is located in the middle of the area full of bars, izakaya, licensed-bbq places, it is noisy from the street (mostly drunk people shouting and singing) until very very late... (I mean... until 3-4 am...) But in the other words, it is close to nearly everything you need (food, shopping, metro station, etc).

The size of the room is amazing, it is spacious. Location is good, close to bus stops, metro station, lots of shops, restaurants around.

The daily room cleaning. I was staying for several nights and didnt find useful to clean room daily (there was no card which you can put at the door that you dont want your room to be cleaned). As well, am not a big fan when someone is touching my stuff, if im leaving my toiletry in the bathroom, i want to find them where i left it and not on the counter in the bedroom.

I thought the room was very roomy and spacious. I like the size of beds for a family of 4 adults. The bathroom was a good size. The tub was huge. You can shower inside and outside the tub. The toilet had a bidet installed. There is also a fridge with complimentary water. The manager was especially helpful whenever we had an issue. There are also 2 washers and 1 dryer that was free to use for hotel guests. The front desk did help us to call taxis when we needed it. The hotel is near a large lotte world and great food places.

I didn’t like that there was no standard USA outlets to plug devices. I had to ask the front desk for adapters. I wish that the front desk was more friendlier. We felt that we were not welcomed when we arrived. One particular person rarely smiled.

It's a nice value/money option. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. The cleaning was done daily, so the room was upholded in good condition. The hotel is close to the bus stop and subway station, so you can get to any part of the city without issues. The hotel itself is located in the entertainment district, so in the evenings there always was something to do or to go.

No breakfast is available, which is inconvenient. During one of the shifts, the staff wasn't polite and welcoming. It does not apply to all personnel, but still, it left an unpleasant memory.
