Location and cleanliness were the best. Daily room cleaning, bottled drinking water supply. Towels were replaced everyday. LG steam closet in the room. A big Samsung TV in the room. Though I didn’t use either. :) Separate pairs of room and bath sandals.

Four fresh towels were available everyday, but they are all size of hand towels. There are no manuals in the room for AC, TV, phone, steam closet, etc. The number to dial reception and breakfast options are displayed in the lift.

It’s at a very convenient location near Seomyeon metro station, just behind Lotte hotel. I think it’s on the medical street where many tourists go for cosmetic treatments too. Plenty of food and shop options, although the cafe street is just about 5min walk further away. Check in was fast and fuss-free. The hotel is relatively new, and the room was quite big by Korea’s standards. It was so big, I could do my workout sessions in there. lol There is a mini jacuzzi in the room, but they only provide you with 4 hand towels (no full-size towels). Other amenities are provided too. You can also do your laundry there at a very affordable price. Netflix on tv, although it’s restricted to PG shows only.

“City view” on their listing is a lie - I checked with the hotel personnel and none of the rooms actually face the street. The windows are blacked out so if you want some natural sunlight, you will have to open the window which is facing a very narrow and smelly alley, and in my case, the cold winter wind comes into the room too. They don’t provide large towels, only small ones. Bed is really hard and not the most comfortable, but the pillows are great!

The location is great (jus opp Lotte Dept store n near to subway station) but the hotel ought to put a signage pointing to its location. On the day we arrived, the lady reception came out of the hotel to direct taxi driver its venue.

Breakfast was delicious; however will be good to have variation as by the 3rd day, we got tired of the meal.

Great location but be careful if you’re not paying attention you can miss the entrance! The best part was how helpful the staff was. I had travel delays and arrived fairly late for check in (about midnight!). I contacted the hotel to let them know and they were very responsive and accommodating.

Very minor issue - I think the room I stayed in was recently renovated and the smell of fresh paint was a little strong. Keeping the window open and the air conditioner on helped.

I loooooved this hotel! - Location was perfect, right in the middle of the Seomyeon market, however the room was very quiet - Very close to several bus stations and metro station - Plenty of convenience stores in the area (some of them open 24hr) - It doesn't look in the pictures like you can open the windows but actually they were great. You can fully open them and you also have a net and also completely black covers + curtains - The concierge/front desk gentlemen were extremely friendly and helpful, they let me use their toilet when my room wasn't ready and you can also leave your suitcase with them - I received a Busan keychain as a welcome to the city - There is a kitchen where they serve breakfast but you can use the microwave and kettle anytime during the day/night - The hotel also has a washing machine and dryer - each costs 5000 won (November 2023) - Room has a massive bathtub with jets, very big bed and the most comfortable mattress (which might be too hard for some but I prefer it), all the basic amenities (soap, lotion, shampoo) but also extras such as face toner, cleanser, toothbrush, razor etc. The room itself felt very comfortable and clean as the housekeeping was coming every single day to replace the towels and clean the room a bit (they will do this even if you have DND on the door). Overal I felt great and very safe here as I was traveling as a solo female and this hotel was everything I hoped for! Definitely will come back next time when staying in Busan.

I found it odd that housekeeping came in when I had DND on the door, but I appreciate their cleanliness so I actually didn't mind in the end.

Property was well located near night markets, restaurants, and a transport hub. Note that each morning the breakfast is prepared by a member of staff. This includes shredded cabbage, tinned corn, and a heated white bread long roll with either egg and bacon, or chicken and mayonnaise. It’s an okay start to the day but there are cheap breakfast options available on the local streets if preferred.

The provided clothes disinfecting device was not working at the time.

This is my 2nd time coming to Lenith Seomyeon. Great location, just a short walk to the subway station. Many eateries in the area. Street food stalls line the road in the evening a short distance away. The room is large, spartan but very functional. I paid to upgrade the room to one with bathtub which is useful to keep the bathroom dry.

No view as window opens to wall of next building. Cannot control room temperature as heating is from under the floor and aircon doesn’t seem to be working. Worked around the problem by keeping window slightly ajar.

This was without doubt the best hotel in which I stayed in all of the five hotels I stayed in Korea during my 17 day trip. It is well located in the heart of Busan's Seomyeon shopping & entertainment district and a short walk from Seomyeon metro station for connections to other parts of the city. My double room was extremely spacious with a contemporary design. The double bed was very comfortable. I loved the Japanese toilet (amazing how clean you are after being jet sprayed having just dropped the kids off at the pool! ha ha). There is also a kettle in the room. The free 24hr coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the reception area was a highly appreciated added bonus. Thank you very much to the lady who works the night shift on reception who helped me greatly in working out a train schedule for my onward travel through Korea.

The one slight annoyance was not having a light switch nor a lamp by the bed, meaning having to leave the main light on in the evening and having to go across the room to switch it off, then feel your way back to the bed in the dark.

Was worried about the smell (as read from some reviews). However since the price is really great for the location and room size, I still selected this hotel. I'm glad that I made this decision as the room exceeded my expectation - spacious, clean, and really convenient. Less than 10-min walking distance of Exit 7 with both Line 1 & 2. There are many food stores nearby. Would recommend it to anyone who prefers a convenient location :)

Didn't like the offered breakfast, storage cabinet for clothes is needed, I used the hand shower inside the bath because the shower itself causes flood, view from window is blocked
