Beautiful hotel and great location, great staff too, not far from Seomyoen station (exit 13 out of the underground mall, then walk a bit) just look at google maps because location on Maps isn’t working.

Not really the hotel’s fault but because of the weather the bathroom smell of sewage.

Very clean, great shower, good room size and friendly staff.

Not many restaurants for breakfast, quiet and not easy to find because it has change name so many taxi drivers couldn’t find in their apps

Everything! Staff: Andrew at reception had perfect English and was very welcoming and friendly. Cleaning lady was also nice. They all really gave the hotel a warm atmosphere, which was comforting to come back to after a long day out. Location: - 24hr convenience store right outside of the hotel entrance - Close to Seomyeon station and surrounding shopping malls Room: - Room came with a clothes dryer machine (not sure what it's called) that can sanitize clothes and dry them. Super appreciated as it rained on us during our stay. - Powerful hair dryer: I'm often disappointed by hotel hair dryers for being too slow and weak, so I tend to pack my own when travelling, but the little hair dryer in the room was great! - TV with heaps of channels and aircon controls built into the remote - Our room also had a huge bathtub (but we didn't have time to use it) - Toilet equipped with bidet functions

The shower drain clogged up quickly (both my friend and I have long hair). It wasn't a deal breaker as all we needed to do was lift the drain cover and poke around a bit at the drain hole, but it would've been nice to not think about it when taking a shower.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and eager to assist with anything I needed. They recommended special events that happened in Busan at the time, too. I booked the Double room, but they upgraded me to a King room, free of charge. The room was spacious, clean and felt luxurious. The bathroom is beautiful with amazing water pressure and a big bathtub. The location is great. There's a convenient store nearby and it's a short walk to nice restaurants and places for shopping. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was in a prime location next to Seomyeon which is one of the main bustling areas in Busan. Many restaurants and shopping to choose from. The staff was very kind, friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean modern and welcoming also. Definitely worth the value. The Room also had a massive TV and the room was basically controlled with the remote control! Such as the lights etc Loved the room!

The only thing I can complain about was the drain in the bathroom, seemed to have an issue with draining the water which left the bathroom a bit flooded but the floor has warming so once drained was quick to dry.

We loved our room! Bed was super comfortable and really big. There is a huge TV with Netflix as well and you can watch it comfortably from the bed. There is heating and aircon, so it is never too cold or too warm. Big bathroom with separate shower and bath tube. Everything is very clean. Staff does not speak much English but this is common in Korea. Also, the staff who is not good with English will use google translator, so you won't have any issues. Everyone working here was super nice and helpful. Internet works well and we were able to work remotely without issues. Would def stay here again.

The concierge manager was very helpful. He recommended us places of interest in Busan, how to get around and locations where we can get our breakfast and local food. We requested for adjoining rooms and were provided. The rooms included the toilet were very clean and the toilet came with the latest automatic bidet and autoflush. The location is very convenient and is about 10-15 mins from the train station.

More clothes hangers should be provided as only 4 were provided in each room. As our trip was during winter, we have to hang our jackets, inner wear, pants and we have to leave it on the bed and chairs.

About 15 mins taxi ride from Busan KTX station and about 15 mins walk to the nearest Seomyeon metro. Location is near restaurants/coffee and many choices for street food, with a convenience store right across the hotel. Hotel room is clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. Friendly staffs at the desk.

Took awhile to figure out the controls for the room lights + AC+ TV as they are all controlled through a single remote control - an instruction on the welcome note would help to ease that. Bathroom floors would get wet from showering in the bath tub as there is no shower curtain.

The room is spacious and very modern. Lights, AC and TV can be controlled by the same remote. Staff is very friendly.

Beautiful and new rooms, comfy beds and very nice staff. Before check in and after check out it was possible to store luggage without any problem. Staff was speaking good english and was there till late. Hotel is located very close to caffes & restaurants, neighbourhood was quiet and hotel itself also. Comfortable bed (quite hard). Temperature was also pleasant (we came late November).

Beautiful room but not so practical, absolutely no space for your stuff.. Even in bathroom you had nowhere to put your toothbrush, that was really annoying. Other thing, but didn't bother that much, was the cleaning services: it was supposed to be only every other day but actually the schedule was unpredictable - once only our bed got done while the full trash can was left untouched and toilet paper was not replaced. Other time they would just come and take out trash,replace towels but not making the bed.
