I booked two rooms. One of the room configuration was better than the other without a bathtub and seems more spacious. The other room had a much bigger bathroom, which took up more space. Location is good and central for exploring Busan. Lots of eateries nearby. The hotel staff provided all the information prior to the stay and will check our arrival time pro-actively via watsapp.

Sound proofing is not great and can hear noise from neighbours. For the room with the bathtub, there's no shower curtains, so when we shower, need to be careful otherwise the whole floor will be wet. The bathroom with the bathtub is too big, making the rest of the room a bit of a squeeze. The bed is a little hard for us.

Great customer service from the team, providing us with a plethora of useful information for the stay & always ready to assist with anything you might need. The hotel offers great value for visitors who just need a clean comfortable room to sleep. The room is very spacious & has all the amenities. The 2nd floor has shared facilities of a dining room with microwaves, water dispenser, washing machines & dryers. Central location in Seomyeon, close to all the dining & shopping.

Open style bathroom where the shower is not partitioned off, so the floors surrounding the toilet & sink can be quite wet.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly, they will recommend you restaurant, how to get to the hotel and so on. Location : near every restaurants, Lotte, cinema You can use Netflix, hairdryer, computer ..

Be aware of the bathroom : door doesn’t CLOSE,it’s more a window. And the bathroom is clearly not suitable if you go with family or friends because same, all windows so you can see blury through it. subway it’s 10 min by foot not a big deal without luggage but if you do have big luggage it’s a little bit tricky.

Spacious, clean room and helpful staff. They Whatsapped so much useful information about Busan for our stay. The beds were comfortable and a memory foam neck/back pillow was provided which I found super comfy. Amenities provided such as towels (can also ask for full size towels), soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and straightener, fridge, kettle, coffe/tea sachets, and disposable cups. There was even a full PC computer in the room but I didn't need to use it. Self-serve items conveniently located in front of the lift, including toothbrushes, face wash, toothpaste, etc. The room was tidied by housekeeping every day. Netflix and WiFi included with no additional cost which was good for those chill days. Use of clothes rack was free to take into the room (additional 5000 won fee to use the washing machine). It was a very nice stay.

The room lighting was a bit dim but it was still manageable.

Staff connected with me on WhatsApp and sent a lot of useful information. English is also very good and I believe the front desk is staffed nearly 24hr. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The bathroom had an open shower which I was unsure about but was actually really nice. This place had the best shower water pressure of all the places I stayed at, and despite there shower not having a curtain water did not splash on the floor. I visited both Haeundae and Songdo beach so this hotel was a good base.

Everything was amazing. The room was very spacious, it had a hot tub and a shower. The bed was big and the mattress was very hard(to our liking). The staff were friendly and helpful. It was possible to order delicious chicken to our room. There is free water and microwaves on the second floor. There are also washing and drying machines for 4000krw which work really well. The location was also very central. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Bathroom privacy is quite bad, both visual and sound. It would be uncomfortable to travel with someone you don't know very closely.

It is clean, comfortable, safe, and conveniently located on side street, less than 10 minute walk to Seomyeon metro station. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel staff provided a lot of very helpful info through WhatsApp prior to arrival (local maps/directions, restaurant recommendations, hotel amenities).

The hotel staff communicated through WhatsApp (which I was fine with) but some of the messages were extremely detailed - how to operate Netflix, screenshots showing where to place shoes and asking guests to hang personal white towels in a certain area so they would not get mixed up with hotel laundry. I’m fine with the rules, but the WhatsApp messages seemed a bit excessive. It seems like it would have been easier to have signs/photos in the room to convey this information.

A convenient place to base ourselves for our short stay in Busan. Conveniently located within walking distance to the metro lines and bus stops, restaurants, shopping, cafes and everything you need to explore the city. The host provided so much information to ensure that our stay was comfortable and that we could utilise all the facilities of the acommodation. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. All the amenities worked well. We also were able to keep our luggage in a secure lock up whilst we waited for our room to be available for check in and after we checked out which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying at this accomodation!

I liked that despite the somewhat busy street next to the hotel, the room was absolutely quiet. AC kept the room cool in the heat wave weather, and the beds were nice and comfortable. Plugs and lightswitches near the bed were excellent. Room was nicely spacious, as so was the bathroom. Staff was very helpful and easy to approach, and everything was communicated through texts so it was easy to check if something was unclear. The staff always greeted us very openly whenever we came and went.

The movement-activated light that turned on in the entrance every time you entered bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, as I had to get up several times a night and it woke my companion up. Also the light on the AC was very bright at night, which disturbed sleep a little bit. The bathtub/shower could use a curtain, since all the water then got on the floor and made it wet. Other than that, I am very pleased.

Nice modern hotel near public transportation in one of the most hopping parts of Busan. We love to be where the action is at, and our room was high up enough, there was no concern about noise. There was laundry on the property (a few bucks to use it). You are down the street from a Lotte department store. If you forgot to pack enough underwear or need a Coach bag....you can snag it before bedtime. Most important, the guys at the front desk really work hard for you. Once you hook up to their What'sapp, you get a lot of awesome maps, menus, instructions.....you name it. And if you need more....JUST ASK! We wanted fried chicken and beer.......they guy sent us exact directions, and THEN even walked us there! Busan is huge. Trust me. You want people like these to help you have fun!

They no longer serve a breakfast, but we were forewarned, so no problem. A million coffee places in the area.
