Bed was firm which I like. Japanese style toilet, free use of microwave on each floor. Breakfast included which is limited to toast n cook Ur own eggs with coffee and orange juice. Location so close to station and lotte mall. They give free amenities such as toner, emulsion, etc. Free use washing machine and dryer.

Small towels only but no big issue for me. There's this smell like musty and sewage smell when you get in the room. Not as noticeable when u turn air-con on but it's there all the time when u first enter the room. There's black dirt stains on my pillows but I don't really care. Just my suggestion but a full body mirror would be nice on one of the bare wall.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Located in the bustling area of Seomyeon Station in Busan - right behind Lotte Department Store and across from Seomyeon Market. On the second floor, there are two 24-hour washing machines and one dryer. However, the washing machines are quite small, handling only about 5–6 pieces of clothing per load and taking 47 minutes per cycle. The dryer is standard household-sized and takes 2 hours and 5 minutes. Also on the second floor is a self-service dining area, open 24/7, with a coffee machine. However, guests are requested not to eat there. In the morning, a small selection of eggs and bread is available for self-preparation. The housekeeping staff work hard to keep both the rooms and common areas clean, and the rooms are tidy and well-maintained.

The hotel is quite different from YTT Hotel in Haeundae. It feels more like a motel, with a narrow entrance and an unattended luggage storage area. Some front desk staff are diligent, while others are often absent and take around three days to respond to booking website messages.

The hotel is super well located, the metro is not really faraway and you have a convenience store just downstairs. The room was big enough and had one of this "wear sanitizers" so typical in South Korea. They refilled our water and coffee in the room daily when they came to make the room.

The breakfast area is super small and the breakfast is quite plain. For two days in a row we gone downstairs to ask for more milk and bread, because the fridge was empty when we found a place to seat. The washmachine is ok, but not the best. The drymachine need to be maintained. The filters were dirty and our clothes came out as wet as they gone in.

This is not a two star hotel. Room facilities far exceed this. Size, quality of bedding, excellent bathroom, amenities galore, massive TV, lighting good with all switches next to the bed, good aircon, though it wasn't obvious that the TV remote turned it on and off, location was in the heart of Seomyeon with so many restaurants and pubs nearby. Excellent value for money.

Breakfast was in a converted guestroom with limited space and too many people. It was cook it yourself. They actually suggested eating it in your room, Towels were much too small. Tiny reception that you almost miss as you enter the hotel. But this should not detract from the quality of the rooms. The score of ten is well-deserved.

Great location; just 10 minutes away from seomyeon station. Plenty of food, shops and convenience stores within minutes of walking. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and provided many amenities. One of the most lavish hotel rooms for quite a low price. Staff was very friendly, and tourist friendly, as I only spoke in english.

Provided breakfast quite limited; but since it's free it's not that bad. International meal; eggs, ham, bread, cereal and milk.

This is the second year that I stay in this structure. I had a different room this year without the closet that washes, dries and irons the clothes. For me it was a problem because I had all the clothes crumpled and they do not have an iron. This service should be improved. For the rest I found myself well.

just not being able to iron the clothes I needed. For those who make long trips of 20 days it is an essential service.

Very central position. I have never seen a room that offers so many tools and things for such a little price. (We had the deluxe room) We had hairdryer with straightener, hair brushes and hair spray! Face cleaning products such as toner , emulsion. We had a jacuzzi bath! And to end we had a super technological wardrobe To dry and iron your clothes whilst in it! A huge tv with Netflix and a computer. The room was also super clean

They have so much technology and facilities but they only have face towels and not bath towels and it was difficult to get dry!

Location was excellent in Seomyeon - close to nightlife, shopping, and Seomyeon station. The room was clean and spacious, the bed comfy.

The hardwood floor and bathroom setup made me wonder if it was a refurbished love hotel? Also, there wasn't so much a lobby as a guy near the entrance who gave me my key and highlighted my name on a Google Sheet. This also added to the love hotel vibe.

It was very close to subway and bus stops. Right beside Lotte Mall. Room is spacious, bathtub was a plus, clean room and daily water supply.

There is only one dryer available in the common lounge hence have to wait for our turn to dry the clothes as the wardrobe in our room didn’t work.
