The location is perfect, close to the metro station and train station, so it's easy to get anywhere in Pusan. Citizen park is nearby, and it's huge & worth visiting. Also several shopping centers and a restaurant street are nearby. The room was clean and cozy, there were all necessary facilities such as hair drier & kettle. The staff was friendly and helpful!

The pillow wasn't comfortable so I had a headache the next day, but of course it's just a personal perception, it can be okay for somebody else.

Location wise was really great. Near the train station. Room met all minimum requirements. What surprised me was the housekeeping. They really went all out tidying and ensuring I have adequate water and clean towels for my 2 nights stay in the hotel (eventhough I was on DND the whole time, clean towels were packed in a bag along with water bottles and placed outside my room).

Not very friendly front desk - or maybe I am just used to front desk staff greeting you when entering the hotel. I had one who saw that I was waiting to check-in but avoided eye contact (she was playing with her phone). Although I had a lady who was readily greeting me and asking if I wanted to store my bag before my departure.

A nice option for Busan in a great area of Busan. Close to main public transportation lines, an awesome Lotte Department store with an amazing food court, and lovely cafes and restaurants around. The hotel has an upscale feel and the rooms are well-appointed. The staff couldn't have been lovelier or more enthusiastic, especially the cute cleaning lady who was always so smiley. There is a self-serve laundry facility right behind the hotel which is also super convenient.

One staff from morning breakfast is very unfriendly and lack of understanding. ( Who is not dress up unit form, did not notice her name). She is Impatient towards elderly for not just providing a favour or helping hand, still told the elderly that it's self service!!! Also, customer in a rush tried to finish the breakfast prior to an appointment could not finish the seaweed and bring one pack of unfinished seaweed from own breakfast dinning table, the staff had stop the customer very strictly said that put the seaweed back, it's very lack of understanding and rude. customer is not thief and just one pack of seaweed what a ridiculous service and attitude!

This is my second time staying at this hotel for work. It is easy and clean with a good location. All the staff was very helpful and kind. The room is simple and comfortable.

We asked for an interpreter to help with some of our meetings and they were not able to provide any suggestions. Not a huge deal, but it would have been very helpful to to have the guidance. Not a bad thing more just a side note

Room was very comfy and the location is very central. It is located next to a big shopping center and a supermarket; metro and city center are walkable. The cleaning is really amazing, the room was always cleaned as soon as I came back - thank you for that!

Even though I kindly asked for early check-in because I had a long journey, the room was not even ready at the regular check-in time. I was then offered late check-out, but I had to catch my early flight. It would have been great, if I was offered something else instead (e.g. free drink) because the room was not ready at regular check-in time.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is near the Metro making it easy to get around Busan. The area around the hotel is also interesting with easy access to the Seomyeon Market Area and a large Lotte Department Store. There were many great restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner.

The staff at the check-in desk were not very knowledgeable about the immediate area around the hotel and while there was a concierge desk, there was never anyone staffing it when we were in the lobby.

The room was really big with plenty of space to put your stuff. The personnel was really nice and helped you with everything. Location: close to the subway and thus you could reach any objectives as fast as possible. Lots of things to do and see in a walking distance

I found it odd to have the bathroom sink outside the bathroom :) The air conditioning was a little bit too loud and the air flow was directed to the bed. But we could open the window and that was good enough

The location is well-situated to get around easily. Very close to Seomyeon Station, the underground market, mall and Lotte Department Store. The tasty breakfast had a good mixture of Korean and Western dishes to be enjoyed in the lovely ballroom which has a peaceful and relaxing ambience. A perfect start to your day of sightseeing. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Especially, Song Ju Hwan who was a lifesaver and helped me with my suitcase on my first night and to Im Ha Yul, who was most helpful and patient with me in booking my taxi to the airport. My time in Busan was greatly enhanced by staying at the Busan Business Hotel and I would certainly book again!

Nothing. Everything was superb! From the location, to the staff, to the breakfast and of course the cleaning staff, who were very thorough in their work.

1. Staffs are nice. 2. Location is ok, about 7 minutes walk from metro station. 3. No smoking smell at all, and actually the smell in the hotel made us feel good. 4. Breakfast is great and they'll change some dishes every day (we stayed for 4 nights). 5. It's very quiet, sound insulation is good. Didn't remember hearing noise outside from the corridor.

1. Bathtub gets clogged easily, but things are acceptable if we picked up the hair(still a little bit clogged). 2. The air conditioner is not well controlled, and a little bit noisy even though we've turned down the fan to only 1.
