First of all, the staff were so kind. Maybe due to the intense heat, I noticed after I checked in, that my fridge wasn’t working properly. It was on but inside the fridge, it wasn’t cold at all. So I talked to the front desk, and she was able to check it out and later changed my room for me. I felt so thankful for how they offered solutions to me without making me feel like an inconvenience. The room was really nice with many amenities that I didn’t expect. The AC works fast and the bed was really comfortable. It was clean and it was a really pleasant stay. They offer breakfast for 3,000 won and it’s simple, like toast, cereal, eggs, but if you are wanting something quick and convenient, it was really nice. As well, the location is really convenient. It’s nearby so many restaurants, cafes, shopping, and of course the two subway lines. It was so easy to get around and also easy to find it from the station.

I really enjoyed my time here! However, the alleyway leading to the hotel is specifically nearby lots of pubs and karaoke spots. So, at night as a single woman, I felt like I needed to be mindful of my surroundings. With that being said, it’s still Korea so it’s still pretty safe. But, I would just keep it in mind if you’re a female solo traveler. However, I think I would still book here again if I have the opportunity. :)

Near metro station with two lines and many buses. The room is small but clean, new and stylish. Comfortable bed, fresh linen and sheets. The LG Styler steamer in the room is a very convenient option.

Not many places to hang clothes - only two hangers. There are no towel hooks at the sink. The blinds do not close completely, so at night the light from the neon signs on the street comes through the window. There are no english instructions for the air conditioner and TV, it is needed, the wall temperature controller does not work, the air conditioner is controlled via the TV remote.

Exceptional! I stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is very clean and modern and the location is amazing. Close to everything you need. The room smelled incredible (diffuser) and was very comfortable. I stayed in a 4 bed female dorm. The beds were very comfortable, with shelf, electrical outlet, light and hanger. There were lockers, luggage storage (not very big but it was ok) and even a mini fridge. There was a bathroom (shower and toilet) in the room and very clean and there was a sink outside the bathroom. Next to reception there is a lounge area with vending machines and water dispenser. On my last day, I wasn’t able to book a train back to Seoul as tickets were sold out so the receptionist booked me a bus ticket! Thank you so much! I will definitely come back next time Im in Busan.

I liked everything, but one potential issue could be noise, depending on the others in the dorm. Since the room is small and bathroom is in the room, some guests cause noise by showering and blow drying their hair late. Luckily the girls during my stay were not very noisy.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. You can leave your bags at reception before check in and after check out. It’s in a well connected area just a short walk from a main metro line, but the neighborhood itself is very quiet. We slept well here. The room was big for Korea. The bathroom was spacious and the heated floors were a plus.

There is an automatic sensor light in the room that you can’t turn off. It can be disrupting if someone needs to use the bathroom at night.

Perfect location. Near the subway. Only walking 3~5 min can get to the subway station and the more important is it's in the city center. Many stores nearby the hotel. We found 2 Starbucks around 100 meters Even more, there’s an LG styler machine inside. After eating BBQ or seafood soup, we can remove the smell easily The best thing is the quick response of the hotel. Once I have the questions, they prompt reply to me. Also, they contacted me the day before I check-in. Excellent service

I liked the location, The size of the room was perfect for 3. The staff were great and helpful especially when we needed their help with ordering food. We were really happy to know there is also a small laundry room in the basement 😊

The hotel was next to many restaurants, so it was kinda of a smelly street. Also the smell from the sewage was very bad. The hotel needs refurbishment

Location was perfect. 5 min walk from Seomyon station so convenient to get wherever you need to go. Clothes airer machine in the room which is nice bonus. Laundry facilities were very convenient. Quiet area.

Toilet kept clogging and room got very warm as you have no control over the room temperature. Opened the window to get some air in which also let the mosquitoes in. House keeping only came once in our 3 night stay so ran out of places to throw rubbish and with nowhere to hang towels, had to reuse small wet towels. Our room was directly opposite another guest room and the doors were so close that we couldn't open our doors at the same time.

The hotel is very centrally located in a party and nightlife area. The orange and green metro lines are about a 5-minute walk away. Many restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks good English. Breakfast is included in the price. The hotel has a spacious and clean lobby. The rooms are only cleaned every two days, but the cleanliness is not a disadvantage. Shower towels and water bottles can be fetched at the reception at any time. Washing and drying clothes costs 3000 won, a fair price.

Shower has no curtain, after showering the toilet is full of water. The room noise from the neighbours was sometimes very audible. In addition, the motion detector in the entrance to the room switched on the light several times during the night.

The breakfast was only 5000 krw a day and was good start to the day. Rooms are nice and clean. Stayed in a family room which was good for 5 (we had a group of 4). Also the reception knows English and easy to take a taxi from this location. Also provided toothbrush, razor, combs and cleaning towels which was nice. Close to the train

Only one lane to get in so sometimes have to walk through traffic when getting back to hotel.

The hotel is just a couple minutes away from different subway stations. It was easy to find and in a lively, nice erea. The staff were super friendly and helpful at any time of day. When we had troubel with the toilet the girl from the reception even came up herself to take care of it for us. We had a LG Styler in our room which was really helpful at times. Only letdown: There was no explanation on how to use it. So we had to google it. Both the room and the bathroom where clean.

Right beside the Hotel is a parking garage which got quite noisy at times. Especially in the morning hours.
