Very kind front desk receptionists. Cool cleaning team. Close to the subway. Mega close to the bujeon market. Has built-in transformers so guests don't have to worry about charging volts. Spacious washroom. Coin laundry works well. Gym has everything that a regular Joe needs. AC works well. Little tub in the bathroom is nice. TV cable has many channels including English movies. Just great overall! Great bang for the buck.

The location is not too far from MRT, about 7 minutes walking distance. Seomyeson station is quite convenient to most of the places in Busan. And it is also a good place to find restaurants and stores. There is a good fried chicken restaurant beside the hotel. The hotel room is much bigger than Seoul's.

The hotel is in a very good location, right in Seomyeon area, within walking distance to Lotte shopping mall, night market, small streets with cafes and restaurants, Busan Citizen Park. Seomyeon market is across the street and it's an amazing place. The hotel is on the main street and easy to find. It's only 15-20 minutes from Busan train station. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. If you like foods then the hotel is surrounded by good places to get good local foods, foodstalls in the market, restaurants across the street and in nearby streets. The beef noodle restaurant right next to the hotel is also very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent room in Busan. Very comfortable stay in clean and comfortable rooms. Good location to train stations and can easily get a taxi from outside the hotel. It also has a small convenience store to pick up snacks or any necessities you might need! Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay!

The bathrooms are clean but might need a refresher as it looked a bit like mold in them.

We did not use/try the breakfast on offer. Liked the set up of different spaces for sink/toilet & shower. Great self flushing bidet & warm seats a treat . For us just like home. Fridge great. Housekeeping left extra towels etc if couldn't access room in day @ door.

Bedroom was a slightly unique configuration with if want to close/open shutters need to walk on window bench. Also not total blockout.

The room was extremely spacious for two people - had no issues with our luggage (2 suitcases + 2 large duffels). The staff was extremely friendly, and hotel was happy to store our luggage until check-in time. There's a convenience store in the hotel lobby, so getting missing essentials was extremely easy, and the staff are happy to help navigate the self-checkout machine in the event that you can't speak Korean. Hotel is a short walk from the station.

The tap for the sink was a little short. If you've got large hands, you might find it an issue - but nothing show-stopping.

The room was big, and we could open the windows for fresh air. And of course with open windows means more noise at night.

We try using the laundry facilities, it was a big disappointment, they should not advertise they have laundry facilities. There were only 4 machines, and 3 was out of order, and then when I asked they they said just wait, then I found out later there was one other machine that worked. Also, the machine took forever to wash and the dryer feature on it does not work, I had a load of wet laundry at night time, and we had to pack to leave the next day, needless to say we had wet laundry hung in our room to dry all night long with the hope that it will dry before we leave.

There were good food locations all around us and there was a famous market with lots of street food and place to buy korean homeware, etc. Transportation was only 2 mins walk. There was facilities to wash and dry clothing.

The couch in our room could have been sanitised, i had bites on my legs when i sat on it. They would service and update the gym equipments.

The location is very good, close to a lot of restaurants and to public transportation. The rooms are clean and spacious and at the ground floor there is a small convenience store that helps if you need small things.

The bathroom has the lights on a sensor which gets very annoying because it turns off very fast (if you brush your teeth or wait for the water to get warm, it will turn off several times)

The location, the beds were comfortable, great family room for 4 adults

As tourists, we come back hotel late and start the day early, but the washing machine room operating hours make it difficult to use. Also, though we understand conservation of energy, the corridors were dark and only lit up when we pass by. As tourists, we were not 100% comfortable.
