Location of the hotel is perfect if you want a quiet street right next to the city center and night life. Room was very big and beds were huge just like the bathroom. 0-24 reception is a big plus and staff was very helpful.

Some rooms including our own was facing the back wall of a neighbouring building just a few meters away. That wasn't a big issue for us because we didn't choose that hotel for the views. Also in the summer months remember to put down the mosquito net on the window which we didn't know we had. First night we had a "lot of fun" trying to kill every single one that entered our room. (OUR OWN FAULT)

Nice hotel with good sized rooms, great internet and bang in the middle of Seomyeon with dozens of restaurants and stores nearby. Also super well connected as you have stations for any type of transport you prefer right out the hotel. Staff was good and tried to accommodate some non standard requests but couldn't really succeed. Complimentary water was a nice touch!

Not terrible but the sound insulation can be better. It's rather tough to have an early night as there are bars with loud music you can hear nearby. They wrap up around midnight.

Comfortable king sized bed with large TV that had Netflix and Youtube on it. Enough space for 2 large luggages. All amenities provided and the bathroom was clean. Plenty of bottled water provided (and also communal microwave and cutlery if required). It is very conveniently located around the corner from the metro exit which also has an elevator. Multiple coffee shops and convenience stores in the area. Luggage storage available before check in and after check out. Parking also available downstairs.

The bathroom was a wet room with no shower curtains or doors. It was okay because the sink is located outside the wet room.

Really close to metro. Nice restaurants in the street. Big room with comfartable bed. Very quiet even with the construction going on next door. Lot of amenities. Price is really good.

Some shelves or a cupbourd would be nice. There is space enough for it! Showerheads should be replaced. Staff when we arrived was rude and not helpfull but the next day was much better. Late checkin (17:00) is really inconvieniant.

Very spacious room - it even has a terrace with a hot tub (which was not utilised by us). Located very close to exit 12 of seomyeon station and we can walk easily to seomyeon market for food. Busan in general has attractions that are super far from each other so seomyeon has two metro lines which helped with connectivity. Well stocked with bottled water and housekeeping service is provided (when requested).

The ledge in the room was a safety hazard as we almost tripped several times. The water pressure of the shower was rather weak.

the location is near Seomyeon Station Exit 12 (this is the meeting place also for booked tours), within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The smell of the hotel is so good! the room we booked is good for 4, the bathroom is so spacious, with a bathtub, comfortable stay, unlimited coffee, and bottled water. we were able to leave our luggage also after we checked out.

Pros: - 5 mins walk from seomyeon station - walkable distance to lots of restaurants and traditional market - CU convenience store is literally below the hotel - kind staff - daily housekeeping (bed sheets replaced, toothbrush kit, towels, slippers, bottled water and bath robes) - clean rooms and comfortable beds

Cons: - the bidet was not working. We requested to get it fixed but it was not fixed throughout our 5 days stay.

This was the best stay during our time in South Korea. The hotel was very close to the exit 12 of the subway, the guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and is the first ever I have experienced to contain both a bath tub and a separate shower. It contained a very comfy and big bed and had a big screen TV offering Netflix. They also provided a lot of amenities and is the best value for the price.

This is a bit nitpicking, but I would mention that there wasn't a closet, however there was enough space to lay out the luggages. And another thing we were surprised about is that there wasn't a coin laundry room, but we didn't check before if it was mentioned in the description.

Clean, they set out an extra futon bed as we booked for 4 people (2 kids) but we were able to sleep all 4 in the bed. Free coffee downstairs, microwave and water in the hallway. Asking if you need your room cleaned every day or not. Luggage could be stored downstairs. There is indeed no shower curtain for the rain shower but you can shower in the bath tub as well. Nice kit of amenities in the room. Windows open with mosquito net available. It had a fancy automated Asian toilet 😁 Easily accessible from the metro station through exit 12.

Dependent on where you want to see it could be far from some of the sights. Metro is close by so that should help. Nothing really bad to say about the place.

Big and comfortable room, comfortable bed. Quiet during night, but loud during the day. Great location close to metro, restaurants and party area. The hotel is quite old and needs refreshment. Bathroom was ok.

Mosquitoes, due to the balcony with garden the flew in if due did not protect the entrance with mosquito net. We used electric repellent which helped a lot.
