Great location at intersection of lines 1 and 2 of metro. Very nice, modern. Convenience store in building. Compact.

Double bed. Bed comfortable but had plastic on mattress which was extremely noisy. Room was very light at night, from artificial light (air-con, exit sign, sensor light, non black out curtains).

I absolutely loved the place! It’s located close to Seomyeon Station, Exit 12, with a taxi stand and bus stop right in front of the building. My friends who picked me up by car were able to park comfortably at the back of the property. There’s also an E-Mart on the first floor where I could grab snacks and essentials. The location was pretty quiet since it’s a bit away from the main street, but the surrounding area still had nice cafes and restaurants. The main area was just a few minutes away on foot, so getting around wasn’t a problem at all. The room itself was lovely. It had everything I needed: a fridge, washing machine, clean bathroom with free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a small kitchen with utensils and cookware, a comfy bed, hot shower, working AC, a small desk and chair, and a clean overall space.

Nothing. Will book this place again when I go to Busan! I will recommend this place to my friends and family as well. I'm sure they will love it.

Great location, 1 minute from the metro and restaurants and bars. Lots of the tours pick you up from Seymyeon station so it was ideal location. Good size room with kitchenette that included a washing machine which was handy to do our laundry. They provide you with detergent too. Room was on 8th floor so good view and bright room. Bathroom a bit small. Self check in details provided so no front desk. All communication is done via booking or email but they respond quickly. Overall great place for a base in Busan.

The toilet and shower was too small and difficult to get in. Door closing inwards makes it difficult to get in. Sink is outside room which is sort of standard in Korea and is more practical. But one can live with small bathroom for a few days :-) Safety issue with luggage storage room: they have a storage room operated by a code for luggage if you arrive early but the door was open when we went to collect it so bear that in mind. We reported it to the front desk and they sorted it out.

Functional and very clean, great location, quiet, kitchen is well equipped, nice fridge. Table is big enough to work on in a pinch. Sometimes rooms have a great view, and their pictures are accurate. Subway is right below, market across the street, great area for restaurants even if you don't go to the party street. Within walking distance of the huge citizens park and the mountain area. They seem to have fixed the check-in process now, at least I found it easier. Check ALL the emails.

Bed is a bit small with a stiff "crunchy" waterproof layer below the sheets. You get used to it. Confusing AC unit.

The location of the property was very strategic. When you go out, just turn left and less than a minute you’re on the exit 12 of Seomyeon station. There’s an emart in the building so it’s also convenient to buy things. Regarding the rooms, my single room is very spacious. It also comes with a washing machine, steamer, hair dryer, two capsules of coffee with a coffee machine, somewhere to cook, fridge, and smart tv. The only thing I dislike is that the cleaning isn’t regular and if you request, there’s a payment where in other hotels, this service is free. I wish there’s atleast a vacuum or a broom since this is the case. Aside from that, this hotel is perfect.

- Great location, super close to the Seomyeon station (where the two main subway lines cross so really useful to travel everywhere), and with an eMart downstairs if you need to buy anything - The place was really modern, clean, incredible for the price, all very comfortable - Bagage storage was useful too when you arrive earlier than checkin

Not issues for me but have in mind: - the blinds aren’t fully opaque so wear an eye mask if that’s something that wakes you up - phone front desk doesn’t speak English but they were reactive by email so no problem

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the seonmyeon station which has a big underground mall, and a big market nearby. There is also a shopping area near the station which is like myeongdong in Seoul, lots to do, shop and eat. Running man is within walking distance where we had a lot of fun. The room we later chaged too was big so we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, very new and clean, had lots of kitchenware which was convenient. We also used the washing machine in the room which was handy. There were plenty of cabinets for storage, and two sinks which made it easy for two people to wash hands brush teeth etc. I also liked how there was no key as we were provided a password to enter the room - saves us worrying about losing the key.

The hotel is not manned and all service is provided via "mobile front desk" which is not that convenient because I would need to type my messages and translate messages I received to be able to communicate. On the first night our room started to have smoke smell (although the whole building didn't permit smoking) and it became stronger and stronger. It took me a while to communicate with the mobile front desk through online messages and I was told the staff were off duty so would have to check the next morning. I said the smell was unbearable and requested changing rooms. I was given another room shortly and thank goodness the new room didn't have smells and we had a pleasant stay in the next few days.

I liked the privacy and the facilities of this accommodation. It was nice to have all the kitchen equipment provided and a few pods for the coffee machine. My washing dried quickly and I could ventilate the room easily with the big window. There was lots of storage space in case you have loads of stuff. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries of good quality. It was possible to store my luggage after checkout, though the code the staff initially gave me didn’t work because they changed it. I guess it’s good that it is regularly changed! Thank you to the staff and cleaning teams for a good stay in Busan.

The noise from the street bothered me a bit, even on the 7th floor. It’s a big block so the lifts can be busy and waiting time is a while - especially at check out time. I ended up using the stairs to go down instead!

the apartment is nice and new with many facilities. the location is a good spot for going out and a super market to buy food and drinks is available just downstairs and it is open 24h/7days

there is no staff at the hotel thus you cannot ask anyone if you have some enquiries

It is so modern, sleek and clean. The apartment seems newly renovated and the amenities are amazing. The heater works well (a little too well) and sometimes I sweat when I sleep. I love that the thermostat control is dependent on the person staying in the room. The apartment is located near the market, restaurants and pharmacies. An e-mart is on the 1st floor of the building. It is 20 steps away from the elevator to the subway so no need to carry my luggage through flights of stairs.

The location is a bit far from central Busan, every destination I want to visit seems like an hour away. The towels feel clean but they smell weird.
