Booked a family room initially for three adults but decided that i needed my own space as the two adult children were night owls. The family room was spacious as i checked it out and the bedding soft. I am a repeat customer of this hotel as it is centrally located in the city and there are many amenities around the hotel. The market and the 24 hour convienience store. The buffet breakfast is great and affordable. Just reiterating that we arrived at 3am from Incheon airport on a bus to Busan Central station and then ubered. We appreciated the young girl who manned check in at that time who saw we were tired and checked us in quickly. The female check in staff during the morning are really great and helpful and do their best to understand what we are saying in English. We appreciated the effort. The household staff are also great.

I think they could add another washing machine and dryer as it would be helpful.

This is a property that has recently changed its name. While some work was still going on during my stay, the overall experience was good in terms of service and comfort. The staff were attentive and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are clean and well-kept. Overall, a good option if you are looking for a comfortable stay with reliable service.

Room size is smaller but it’s okay if you use just to sleep and be out the entire day.

That the hotel is located centrally and handy to subways, cafes, restaurants, underground mall and market. The hotel has a good buffet breakfast that is reasonably priced. I will be returning to the hotel with family again as very central.

Sometime hard to communicate with reception in English. To be expected though as hotel in Korea. But there was some things that I needed the hotel to convey to the taxi driver pick up as the taxi driver from Busan bus station lost his way to hotel. On the way to the bus station to catch bus to Incheon to catch flight home it was raining heavily and the taxi diver sat in car and did not help to put baggage in car. He did same when we got to station as still raining. Suffice to say sometimes we are reliant on reception staff advise taxi drivers to at the very least help put baggage in car.

Although the hotel is located one strop from Seomyeon station (an interchange station) on the metro, it is still on a good location because there is an entrance of the underground shopping mall which is connected to Seomyeon station. (5-7 minute-walk) Travelling to and from the airport is convenient if taking the metro from Seomyeon station. (Only one transfer is required.)

The front desk is not on the first floor but on the 17th floor, which means a customer has to take a lift twice when checking in and out. However this was not a fundamental problem for the overall experience of the stay.

Excellent location close to a metro line and within walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants and retail outlets. Also a nice park nearby. Staff were extremely friendly, especially Regina who was incredibly helpful during our stay. Room was a good size for 2 people with a nice street view. Bathroom was also a good size! Cleanliness of the room and hotel was great too, cleaning staff did an amazing job.

For the price, i cannot fault this hotel.

Room Size for the price and location was excellent. Bathroom had a bidet which is wonderful. Super close to subway and bus stops that go everywhere in Busan. Local market behind hotel with lots of local goods. Plenty of elevators to access the floors

The awkward shaped shower cubicle. No dedicated shoe zone at entrance of the room. Having to go to top floor to check-in.

It is convenient to get to everywhere from this location and also near the subway station

When we were there, some renovation and construction going on so limited lifts that are working. Luckily only happened 1 day before we left. Additionally our toilet sink bowl had a leaked which caused the water flowing out and wet the toilet floor.

WE were right in the middle of the busy business district where they were vendors selling produce and fish etc and there were vendors selling all kinds of things on the weekend -like sidewalk sale.. It was quite interesting. It was easy to catch a taxi.

WE wanted to exchange get some cash from the atm machine downstairs in the family mart , the cashier was so rude and like she was mad at the world and took it out on us... We were scared to go in there if she was there.. It was terrible. The front desk told us to go there to get cash. I think the hotel should have an atm machine in their hotel

Everything worked. There was a safe in the room, first in Korea so far.

Check in was poor, dropped luggage and was told to return at 14:00, when I did I was told check in is at 15:00. Clearly stated 14:00 on my booking. They found me a room. Breakfast was average, I expected more for the price. Lighting in the room was a bit all on or off.

Hotel is in walking distance of the Bujeon Market, Bujeon Station, and the Seomeon Underground Market. Being close to the underground market was easy to commute to central Seomyeon, especially when it was raining. The underground market kept us dry, but allowed me to walk a good 10-15 minutes to the center of Seomyeon to do some shopping. The 24-hour GS25 on the first floor made it convenient to buy convenience store food, beverages, or ice cream! Staff was friendly.

Although the hotel does not advertise of a gym, I wish they had this facility. Bathroom was very small. Closet access was very small and narrow.
