I liked many things about this hotel. The cleanliness was great, the room size was big and spacious. We were given room service everyday without needing to put a sign out for it. The staff was amazing, they even called us a cab to the airport. The location was perfect, it’s next to a major bus stop where you can take many different lines, as well as a subway station. It has great restaurants and shopping near it and seems to be in the heart of Busan.

I can’t think of much to not like but I guess if I could suggest one improvement it’s that I wish the elevator wasn’t so slow.

I think this hotel was an excellent value for the price. It was remarkably clean like you could eat on the floor. There is a free coffee machine and an rooftop terrace upstairs. The huge TV in the room connects to your Netflix if you want. They give you all kinds of products that you may need. The little balcony in my room was lovely - it was too hot at that time but it would be great to have a little later in the season

There was a message posted on the wall of my bathroom indicating that the toilet would be say… fragile (do not throw paper) and it was indeed. I had to ask for help which is embarrassing. And while The lady at front desk who was there when I arrived and left was very nice, the two men working there at night would barely say hi to me, they only in reply after I said hello, If I said nothing they did not even look at me. So imagine asking for help with a toilet… yeah that was embarrassing. Maybe something to improve.

We came in winter, so having heated flooring and really hot water with good pressure from the shower is a god-send. We loved the smart TV which allowed us to cast and watch shows on streaming services.

We love the place, below are suggestions for "good to haves" as added value to the guests: LIVING ROOM: - We could do with more chairs/ single sofas. - Have more hangers or hooks for our winter coats. - Be nice to have some cushions too. KITCHEN: - Good to provide plates that are microwave-friendly since there is a microwave. ENTRANCE AREA: - Will be nice to have a shoe rack - Hang full-length mirror as there are none in the apartment ROOM: - Provide an iron & ironing board

Great location, very clean room and friendly staff. Very good value for money and would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Busan again in the future.

While the room was very clean, it wasn’t at all appealing. The bed was placed bang in the middle of the room, with space for a desk behind it, and almost no other furniture in the room. No decor apart from one mirror. White walls, white bed, very white lights, almost white floor gave the room the feeling of a hospital room. One window only with frosted glass meant not being able to see outside. This isn’t a big deal and I would stay here again, but this was probably the least appealing room I’ve been to in a long time. The bathroom gets closed every time one takes a shower since the shower isn’t separare from the rest of the room. You’re given some bathroom slippers but prepare to walk into a wet bathroom every time you need to use the toilet or the sink.

Location was pretty good. There are a lot of food around the area, and transportation are a few minutes walk away. I came in Summer, so the weather was too hot, but it's a great area and lots to explore. No need to bring shampoo, or body soap cause theirs are actually pretty good!! One amazing point that blew my mind away - I did not ask to make up my room for the second night. However, when i came back to the hotel, I was welcomed with a plastic bag hanging on my knob, filled with clean towels, toilet paper, the amenities, and water. I have never experienced that in any other hotels before, so this was very memorable.

Nothing really. If anything, because busan has a lot of beautiful beaches, great for suntanning, but the hotel do not provide body lotion. A really small matter, but if the hotel could consider providing that, i think there's absolutely nothing to complain about.

The hotel is the perfect stay if you are looking for something simple, clean and in the city center just 3 min walking distance from main metro station Someyon in Busan. The room has all toiletries, smart tv, is not noisy and good air conditioning system. For the price, is really worth the stay, especially if you are just using the hotel for sleeping and showering after a full day out. The hotel staff was great and helped us book intercity bus tickets (not possible online for a foreigner), thanks again!

There is a lot of light entering the room in the morning from the curtains, but I always travel with eye mask to sleep in hotels as this is quite common.

The location was very convenient, close to many convenient stores and shops while still tucked away for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was exceptional and attentive, very friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was much bigger than I expected and made me feel at home. Props to the most comfortable sleep I had all trip!

I picked the room specifically for the hot tub in the picture but it didn’t have one. It came with a regular bath tub instead.

Wonderful apartment in the downtown Busan area. I loved the bathroom because it was all-included shower, toilet, and sink like a regular Korean apartment. The bed was huge enough that when all of my tours were cancelled, this room was my sanctuary. I loved the modern features. One of my favorite parts about the room was the small balcony. I was lucky to be there during a small heat wave and it was the best area to enjoy a little salted bread and matcha latte. I spent most of my time shopping in the area because the hotel is so central. It's a calm and large space overall.

Nothing. I really liked the hotel, I think it was moderately priced and in a central area where I could walk around at night with no issues. I felt very safe and they always had someone at the front desk for any help. I was really impressed with the space.

Staff was absolutely friendly, helpful and professional. Room amenities were great and cleanliness was up to standard. We appreciated the extra amenities given despite asking for no room service. The top floor common area was lovely to spend some time at too.

Some of the staff at night weren't too responsive but that's not a big issue at all. Nothing much to say to be honest, we really enjoyed our stay there. Price was reasonable too at such a central location.

This hotel is located in a bustling area of Busan, with easy access to the subway. While the surrounding area is essentially a red-light district and the streets may not always be the cleanest, our stay was perfect, and we enjoyed every minute of it. It's evident that everything is thoughtfully arranged, and the staff genuinely care about the details. We’ve stayed at more expensive and higher-rated hotels before, but we’ve never felt as at home or well taken care of as we did here. The room is small but cleverly designed, with a place for everything, and the housekeeping staff made sure to leave toiletries at our door when we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign up. It was such a comfortable stay, and the location was walking distance to numerous restaurants, with an amazing coffee shop nearby called Ten Percent Coffee. A big thank you to everyone at this hotel for making it a perfect home away from home for us. One minor inconvenience to note: if you’re tight on time when checking out, avoid doing it too close to the check-out time, as the lift is small and gets crowded with guests trying to leave. When you get downstairs, there’s usually a line of people wanting to store their luggage, which can delay the check-out process.
