Location! It’s one block in front of Lotte Department store. Metro station, major bus stop nearby. Lots of eateries. Minimal traffic noise as the road in front of motel, while paved, is used mainly for internal travels by businesses in the block. It’s within 30 meters of Blue Palace, a multi-storey hotel (this could be useful since taxi drivers need Hangul characters for their nav systems). Sufficient space. On site staff is very helpful (use Translator App as she direct speak English). AC is powerful and effective. Showers are hot.

We got used to using the small towels that are typically used in Japanese onsen. There is no comforter but they use the bed spread itself. Mattress is comfortable but you are sleeping on a pad, not bed sheets. For the price paid, these can be accepted.

Excellent! Aunty was helpful and friendly. Allow me to check in slightly early . Room is tip top clean . Clean sheets and toilet with good water pressure. Toiletries provided too Heated blanket and AC like brand new . Zero stain . 20 bottles of water well appreciated and fridge works well . It's more like a hotel than motel . Sleep very well through my stay . Some mention noise from KTV but l don't find an issues. Most night are quiet and able to sleep even there some singings Future trip will definitely stay here again . No lift. Be prepared to haul luggage up 3 floors. However, good price, excellent location, fair value for nights stay.

The location is really good, free walk 3-5mins from MRT to the Hostel, I've been there 4 years ago but it's a Korean and Japanese couple own it, they're really nice and recommend a good restaurant and fried chicken and good at Japanese and English, bringing a lot of fun that time, the price is cheap and room is clean, it's enough to me.

Great location, right by Semyon Station (with my preferable lines: 1, 2), within 2 minutes walking you have: restaurants, Coffee shops and grocery stores. Park and markets 10 minutes walk There are many karaoke 🎤 places around that area so it is understandable you might hear some singing at night (didn't keep me from sleeping) The staff are very nice, smiling and willing to help (there was a problem with my room and they immediately moved me to a new room. The carpet in the hallway and stairs seems a bit worn out but the rooms are great, equipped with TV, refrigerator, cattle, hair dryer and even hair products. There is floor heating, electric bed sheet and air conditioning so the room is nice and warm. And a great plus: there is a washing machine on the roof top -very convenient. I stayed for one week and extended for another week.

No breakfast, but plenty of restaurants and fast dood on the streets and down the Metro station. Five and fresh towels. Nice hot showers. Free WiFi excellent for streaming shows. Just a short walk outside to the Metro that has two lines (#1 and #2) at Seomyeon Station. AC worked great and my washed clothes dried overnight

I loved how clean it was, and there was access to supplies on each floor. The location was great to get to places easily! The main lady was delightful, even with our language barrier she was lovely to deal with. I felt quite looked aftertered, actually. Great stay!!

Location was really good for exploring the city but also a lot of restaurants and bars around. Staff was super friendly. It was really convenient and unexpected that we could leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Mattress could have been a little bit more comfortable.

Very nice host. She didn't speak English but it isn't necessary because she has a warm personality and you will understand what she has to say. Free coffee and water in the room with kettle and fridge. There was no noise coming from the outside during the night. I slept very well. The location is near the subway and offers a lot places where you can eat.

A really nice place in the heart of Saemyeon, perfect for people who are just looking for a nice cheap place with a private bathroom during their stay in Busan. Everything was clean and the lady was really nice and kind.

It can be considered a love motel, but I didn't get the weird vibes.
