Breakfast was comfortable because it was room service. My friend was a vegetarian, so hotel prepared a separate vegetarian menu. My friend and I were moved by detail service. Korea food is Unfamiliar but delicious. The deluxe room had a washing machine and a microwave. It was useful to eat food at the convenience store. The room was large and clean. The staff immediately responded kindly to the request.

We went for ten days, the hotel room was perfect for us with lots of space. It had a perfect bench for us to put our luggage on. Breakfast was a great way to get to try different stuff, we really enjoyed it! The area was amazing with so much shopping and the best food you could ever want. The staff are the absolute best part of this hotel! They made everything so easy and enjoyable. They were so friendly, had things at the desk for us such as umbrellas. It was my husband's birthday and I asked if they could just leave a little note. They went above and beyond and wrote him a very nice message and every wrote us another one on departure. They made cleaning days really easy. We had an amazing time in Busan but they were absolutely our favorite part and we will remember their hospitality for a long time! Also my husband is 6'3 and the bed was perfect for us!

The room was really clean with clean bed sheets, towels and bathroom. The toilet has automatic bidet which made it easier to use as the wash basin was in the room and not in the bathroom. We are given our breakfast in our rooms which is nice too. The staffs are super nice. It was so nice speaking to Mr Park who was very jovial. The other staffs at the reception were also very very nice always greeting us. A big thanks to the room cleaning lady who made our room every morning as we always leave it in mess. The hotel is a bit far from the main attraction but staying here was very nice. Subway is just a walk away so for me the location is good.

The room is decently-sized, equipped with a laundry machine, full-size fridge and a microwave. Breakfast is served every morning at 8 and it’s a very nice bento box. It’s located in a very convenient location, just 5 min away from Seomyeon Station and the busy area. Most importantly, the staff is super friendly and nice. English is not a problem. You will be amazed by the hospitality if you stay there.

Not something that I really don’t like about the hotel, but if waking up at 8 am is too early for you, you should consider asking the staff not to give you breakfast in the morning.

The staff was super friendly and very helpfull. We love that location as it is so close to Metro station. We get lovely breakfast every morning with coffee. It was really nice and clean there, you can buy small package of laundry detergent and wash your clothes. WiFi is super fast. There is also huge fridge and electric kettle with some coffee and tea bags provided. Highly recommend ❤️ we get lovely Lucky Korean Cookies when we were leaving.

Sadly, the second floor is under reconstruction and we did not know that. We booked this accomodation because the second floor looked perfect for working. It's gonna be perfect place for digital nomads once is done ❤️.

Great location ! Seomyeon station only 2 minutes walk , big clean room with fridge and washing machine .water pressure is great, shower is a good entertainment ☺️ very fast wi-fi that my son can play mobile legend without lag , staff was super friendly👍 they made us feel like staying at home , they even give us small gifts before we checkout .their service is excellent ! definitely will come here if I visit Busan again ! Confirm won't regret !

Location was fantastic, close to everything - some lovely cafes, traditional food and bars too. Staff were helpful, breakfast was really lovely. The bed was super comfortable - really handy having a washing machine (drying rack was provided).

A little run down, the toilet holder fell off repeatedly (held together with sticky tape), the shower pressure was disappointing - needed a better way to stop the light coming in and the weird flashing lights from aircon / light consol. My wife slept with her mask each night. Really comfortable room though - just needed to fix a few things.

I had a lovely stay at Mumum Hotel. The staff were incredibly warm and kind, I was touched by the farewell gift and handwritten note. Every morning at 8 AM, breakfast is brought right to the room, which is very convenient. One thing I would recommend is adding more information about the menu, especially the type of meat included (like pork, beef, or chicken). The location is excellent just a short walk to the subway, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shopping options nearby. It’s a great base for exploring Busan.

Everything went well with me in Residence Mumum. Location was the best and convenient. Seomyeon station exit 8 was literally 4 minutes walk, however, with luggage take exit 12 which is also 7/8 minutes away. Upon arrival I was told that my room was upgraded to deluxe room, hmmm.... pleasant surprise!! Thanks Residence Mumum!! There are many coffee shops, restaurants, also convenient stores around the hotel. After a tiring day exploring the city I got to sleep in for 11 hours straight on the 2nd day. I think my 11 hours of sleep says it all, it wasn't noisy but peaceful. I had no issue with communication, the 3 staffs whom I met were hospitable and speaks fluent English. The room was spacious and clean, the best of all was having separate toilet, wash basin and shower. I usually don't eat breakfast but I tried once and it was a yummy typical Korean breakfast. I highly recommend Residence Mumum for solo travellers, couples and families and if I visit Busan city again I will definitely stay in Residence Mumum. Thanks to all the staff for making my first visit to Busan city a pleasant and memorable stay. Also, thanks for your cute handwritten note and a pouch of Korean snacks!!!!

The staff were top notch. Provides timely breakfast, advices on places of interests, and assist to call for taxi. Ms Jung was exceptionally special, always anticipating, initiative and providing assistance - drying rack, plates and cutleries, and cute notes and farewell gift - making your stay well above a 5 Star experience. Room were made and fresh towels provided every day.

Lighting in the room is a bit dim.
