Breakfast was comfortable because it was room service. My friend was a vegetarian, so hotel prepared a separate vegetarian menu. My friend and I were moved by detail service. Korea food is Unfamiliar but delicious. The deluxe room had a washing machine and a microwave. It was useful to eat food at the convenience store. The room was large and clean. The staff immediately responded kindly to the request.

We went for ten days, the hotel room was perfect for us with lots of space. It had a perfect bench for us to put our luggage on. Breakfast was a great way to get to try different stuff, we really enjoyed it! The area was amazing with so much shopping and the best food you could ever want. The staff are the absolute best part of this hotel! They made everything so easy and enjoyable. They were so friendly, had things at the desk for us such as umbrellas. It was my husband's birthday and I asked if they could just leave a little note. They went above and beyond and wrote him a very nice message and every wrote us another one on departure. They made cleaning days really easy. We had an amazing time in Busan but they were absolutely our favorite part and we will remember their hospitality for a long time! Also my husband is 6'3 and the bed was perfect for us!

The room was really clean with clean bed sheets, towels and bathroom. The toilet has automatic bidet which made it easier to use as the wash basin was in the room and not in the bathroom. We are given our breakfast in our rooms which is nice too. The staffs are super nice. It was so nice speaking to Mr Park who was very jovial. The other staffs at the reception were also very very nice always greeting us. A big thanks to the room cleaning lady who made our room every morning as we always leave it in mess. The hotel is a bit far from the main attraction but staying here was very nice. Subway is just a walk away so for me the location is good.

Seomyeon station only 2 minutes walk , big clean room with fridge and washing machine .water pressure is great, shower is a good entertainment ☺️ very fast wi-fi that my son can play mobile legend without lag , staff was super friendly👍 they made us feel like staying at home , they even give us small gifts before we checkout .their service is excellent ! definitely will come here if I visit Busan again ! Confirm won't regret !

Everything went well with me in Residence Mumum. Location was the best and convenient. Seomyeon station exit 8 was literally 4 minutes walk, however, with luggage take exit 12 which is also 7/8 minutes away. Upon arrival I was told that my room was upgraded to deluxe room, hmmm.... pleasant surprise!! Thanks Residence Mumum!! There are many coffee shops, restaurants, also convenient stores around the hotel. After a tiring day exploring the city I got to sleep in for 11 hours straight on the 2nd day. I think my 11 hours of sleep says it all, it wasn't noisy but peaceful. I had no issue with communication, the 3 staffs whom I met were hospitable and speaks fluent English. The room was spacious and clean, the best of all was having separate toilet, wash basin and shower. I usually don't eat breakfast but I tried once and it was a yummy typical Korean breakfast. I highly recommend Residence Mumum for solo travellers, couples and families and if I visit Busan city again I will definitely stay in Residence Mumum. Thanks to all the staff for making my first visit to Busan city a pleasant and memorable stay. Also, thanks for your cute handwritten note and a pouch of Korean snacks!!!!

Jung Sea Lome at the front desk was phenomenal. Her personality lights up a room and she went out of her way to be helpful. The subway is fairly close; 6-7 minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. I prefer a very firm bed and mine was perfect in that regard.

The breakfast is not much. Yes, it's nice that they deliver it to your room but it's primarily all starch. You get a piece of sausage 2cm long and a couple of bites of veggies, then hash browns and a roll. Not ideal if you're trying to pack protein in your breakfast menu. If you have the option to not use breakfast included, there are a couple of nearby cafes that serve a proper breakfast.

The staff were top notch. Provides timely breakfast, advices on places of interests, and assist to call for taxi. Ms Jung was exceptionally special, always anticipating, initiative and providing assistance - drying rack, plates and cutleries, and cute notes and farewell gift - making your stay well above a 5 Star experience. Room were made and fresh towels provided every day.

Lighting in the room is a bit dim.

Location as it was near eateries and the metro. The room was clean, spacious and the furniture allowed us to put two luggages above the floor. The staff were very helpful, offering us umbrellas when it drizzled a little.

For the price, nothing. However I would give a higher rating if the room were brighter with better looking furnishings. They could have allowed a continental type breakfast for those who may not be used to local food in the morning.

The hotel is in Seomyeon, which puts you in the heart of Busan and makes it easy to get around (on foot or metro). The staff make an immediate welcoming impression - they always did their best to ensure a pleasant stay (including drawing a map to the laundrette). The room is big, clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage and relaxing. The shower and toilet are separate, so you don't need to worry about a wet toilet floor. Breakfast is tasty and changes every day. It is served to your room at 8am each morning, you just need to make sure you wake up to receive it. Just behind the hotel are some quieter streets with great cafes, restaurants, vintage shops! On the day I left, the staff gave me a goodie bag with snacks - a kind gesture from a great hotel team.

The room is very big. We have 4 carrier but it was enough.It is convenient because there is a washing machine and a microwave. The food can be wrapped and heated. It's good that I can rent a cooking set so can cook simple food. Shower room and the bathroom are separated, so useful use with my friend.Breakfast is room service.There are four to five side dishes of rice soup as Korean food. I can eat comfortably in the room and it's delicious.There are many department stores, cafes, and restaurants around the hotel, so it is good to shop. It is close to Seomyeon Station and has good accessibility. Good I recommend
