The location was fantastic to see ChinaTown. We went at night and there was no one, the area felt pretty safe, there were plenty of convenience stores around us. The room itself was clean, although not very big, it was plenty for two people, specially for one night. It had a "balcony" which was very nice to sit in and enjoy the views of the sea while enjoying breakfast.

The check-in itself was kinda complicated, the host provided information but it's not 100% clear. On arrival you have to put in a code in the lobby (at which there was no receptionist when we arrived), and since everything was in Korean it was hard to translate and do at the same time, eventually we figured it out as there were a lot of people coming in and out.

It’s a lovely place, however it is a bit of struggling if you can’t read or understand Korean language as a lot of things in the apartment are written or communicated in Korean. Perhaps an English manual should be provided to be able to operate some of basic things in the apartment. But overall a very good place

The unit was very well appointed & equipped and also really clean and comfortable. The building was easily accessed & very close to public transport. The view from the room was excellent. There is a Convenience Store downstairs & another about 5 doors away for all your food & other necessities.

The location is a little out of the main shopping & tourist areas but tourist activity was still manageable by utilising the frequent buses.

Location is very quiet. You can walk out the doors and a CU is on the corner. Literally walk over one street is a small store or 2 blocks and there is an emart. 8 minute walk to major shopping strip. Super easy to navigate and great location. No one bothers you! Washer/dryer 2 in one is free INSIDE the room. Basic cleaning supplies are provided. Go to the burger place on the second floor. So good! 😊

Everything was perfect.

I was a little unsure about my booking but there really wasn’t any need! Constant communication with detail on how to get into the room. Excellent customer service. The room was absolutely amazing, everything you could possibly need, they really have thought of everything. Maybe would definitely recommend staying at the Urbanstay China town. Thanks for such a wonderful stay 😊

We were not able to turn on the light in the bathrooms. Helpdesk was not able to help. We only stayed one night, so we used our phone lights but this was very inconvenient.

Very clean, excellent price, had a mini kitchen , very high tech, close to the emart supermarket, convenient store is under the building.

It takes a while to figure out the light. It is far from most places

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was great. However, I’d like to mention that if your goal is to visit central Seoul, it’s a bit far. That said, the location is perfect for exploring Chinatown, which is close by.

Very clean, sleek, nice bedding

Difficult to figure out the controls for lighting and especially heat/cooling. The cabinets are so sleek that it was difficult to find the bath towels.
