Friendly staff, clean

Many mosquitos in the room. Neighbourhood not that fancy.

We loved this hotel! It's in a great location, right on the wharf so it's very convenient. It's even right near the Sea Train station, so we took that to Chinatown. Nice, clean, updated facilities. Comfy beds. The pool was a nice size and I loved that it was on the rooftop so you could bask in the sun (although the cover was down, but there was still a lot of sunlight and breeze that came in). There was a cool little snack shop in the pool area and they had lots of amenities. The staff were really friendly and one of them spoke perfect English while the other two spoke well enough. They even gave us free fireworks to shoot off on the wharf! If we ever visit Incheon again, we will definitely stay at this hotel!

They had to close down their cafe due to covid, so there wasn't any breakfast which was a bummer. I would've liked if the pool was open in the morning, but it doesn't open until 4pm, and the hot tub was closed off, probably due to covid as well. Oh, and the shower/bath was a little slippery/wobbly (my 195cm, 113kg husband was afraid he might break it haha).

Excellent place to relax. Nice swimming pool and a beautiful park nearby. The reception ladies were so helpful and organised everything for me. Thank you so much! I will highly recommend the hotel.

First and foremost are the staff, they will go all out to answer your questions.. attend to your needs and they are very accommodating. We would like to give special highlight to the following; 1. Mr Sangpil-Min for his warmth and hospitality. 2. Mr Hoonsang-Yoo for all the directions and recommendations. 2. Ms Seulbi-Lee for always being very helpful.

The pool wasn’t as tidy as the photo suggests. Would have been better to see it cleaner.

No room cleaning, ac was making noice and when i open the window it was also noisy and not enough light in the room

The people running the property are simply amazing and warm. Highly recommended and will be back to visit.

No daily housekeeping., perhaps I should have find out more before booking. Not a big deal.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Language barriers were easy to overcome. The room was super clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect from a hotel in Korea. 100% recommended!

Pool was fun, and the room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helped with ordering taxis. Plenty of clean towels on request.
