Big, clean rooms.

Staff were not very helpful. The second morning [Saturday] no one answered when we called reception from the airport until almost 10 even though it was supposed to be open from 9am.

I thought I was booking a hotel room and instead got a full studio apartment. 2-stove top burners, a full fridge / freezer, a sink and hot-water heater, and a washing machine. Full bath. And, as much closet space as you could imagine. In the US, this is what you might call a Suite hotel room, aka Premium. You could seriously rent this hotel room for a month and live there for cheap (actually, idk how long you can rent for). After I checked in, I wandered around the area for a bit. There are plenty of food options nearby. Though I didn't stop in any. Instead, I grabbed some ready-to-make ramen from a convenience store and ate that in my room for dinner and breakfast. If you're stating longer, there are plenty of bus stops around, and you can purchase a T-money card from any convenience store. I bought one from the E-mart next door at 5,000₩ since I'll be back in 2 weeks.

The front door wasn't secured. There's a receptionist from 0600-0000 and no lock. If the lobby is going to be open, then maybe the elevators should require a key to scan to keep anyone from going up. ...also, I rented the room for the airport shuttle, but its earliest schedule is at 0600, and my flight was at 0700, so I had to call a taxi anyway. It's ~22km from ICN. I took an Orange taxi there for 17,400₩ and the taxi back was a flat 26,000₩. I thought I was saving money going to this hotel, but sadly ended up spending more than if I'd just paid for a pricier room closer to the airport.

One of the best hotel in Incheon without false and overcharged bathos. Highly recommended for single, couple or family travellers. There is everything new there.

There is a restriction of use of induction stove in the room possibly because of armless cookers. I recommend hotel to allow to use it for family travellers. Probability of armless user of the stove is twice lower among family travellers!

Studio apartment amenities, like refrigerator and freezer, stovetop, and washer. It was clean and modern. The best shower we had in Korea for the two weeks we visited.

The included shuttle was only to the airport, not to the hotel, and only runs 3 times to the airport in the morning (6,?,11) This info was hard to find on the website. It is also 30 minutes from airport and not near city so a bit isolated. The elevator was very slow and stairs were not friendly to use. Comforter on bed was too warm for the summer season.

If you are arriving LATE at Incheon airport, nearly all taxi drivers will pass you by (and there will be long lines). They want to take people to Seoul. We had to pay double the normal fee to be able to get someone to take us to the hotel, and that was after around 3 hours of waiting. This is not the hotel's fault, but it IS a warning...

its a nice modern room with good facilities and a solid view

its a bit out of nowhere, therefore if you are foreigner like me you will have some problems finding the restaurants you can enter and managing yourself around.

Very comfortable bed and very safe neighbourhood, lots of amenities close by.

It was very full when I was there and so the lift system was overwhelmed and I had to regularly wait a long time to get the lift. The motion sensor light that turns on even at nighttime was very annoying.

Few issues with accessing the rooftop and confirming with the staff about it the opening timings as they couldn’t really speak English but that’s alright :)

The room was spacious and had a kitchen and nice bathroom. Bed was also super comfy!

The hotel is a bit farther from the airport and airport railway then expected so it was a little difficult getting to the hotel from the train station. I also could not find any information about the airport shuttle and where to book it.

The location is not the same as shown in the map, it is at least twice as far from the airport as shown in the map. The taxi drivers they work with are tourists scammers, they'll charge you double the price for any ride you take. If anyone is staying at this hotel, i recommend you pick your own taxi.

The location is far, and the taxi driver they requested for me to get to the airport scammed me and got twice the charge, he refused to use the charge counter and asked for 25,000 for a 10 minutes ride which is definitely much more than what it's worth as the hotel receptionist told me that the ride would be 13000 to 16000 maximum.
