The staff were friendly, helpful, communicated everything very clearly, and gave me a decent restaurant recommendation. The room was spacious, the facilities good and the bed very comfortable. There was a large selection of food for breakfast and a small shop. If you miss the shuttle bus, a taxi will cost around 16 dollars from the airport. It is located near the coast with a lot of restaurants to choose from, and for people who like coffee, Better Days is the place to go. If you book during the tourist season, the South Korean people will show you how to enjoy your evenings. Despite the lively atmosphere outside, the room was very quiet all night.

Wished there was a restaurant on site (besides breakfast) or for the bar to be open at night. Other good options within walking distance. Shuttle doesn’t run on Wed & Thursdays. Bummer. But taxi ride to the airport cost about $15. And bed was a little hard but not unbearable.

Love the free shuttle to and from the hotel. One way taxi is $30K won. The location was great as well, you could also get off the train station at Yeongjong station and take a taxi for less than $10K won. Theres a lot of Korean restaurants and seafood place around. There a Sakura garden at the back of the hotel, which is lighted till 10pm. I enjoyed my stay here.

You will need to advise the front desk staff of your transport request. I sent a request through booking.com message, however the lady at the desk was really nice to ask me to board the bus.

Not too far from Incheon Airport! About a 15 min taxi but they offer a shuttle bus before 7:30PM and has to be booked with the hotel in advance. It doesn’t offer too much around it but enough for the 2 days we were there.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush on first use (it was night time around 10pm) and they couldn’t do anything about until next day 1pm when their maintenance guy would be at the hotel. it wasn’t too much of an issue as we had a full day planned out but a bit inconvenient having to go downstairs to use the bathroom.

Excellent hotel for that wind down stay before the early morning flight super clean room with great heating and a very comfortable bed we have absolutely zero complaints and can highly recommend this hotel to any travelers that don’t want busy streets. Excellent English speaking staff that treat you well there is great restaurants with in a 5 minute walk great coffee shop onsite and excellent cafe with a24/7 mini mart on the lower floor all in all if I could give 10 stars this hotel is surly at the top for comfort & value for money.

The location was great - close to convenience stores & eateries. The waterfront was a short walk away.

The water pressure for the shower was very low. I do not know if it was because our room was on the 10th floor. We booked the hotel because of the free shuttle from the airport. However, the last pick up time on a Saturday was at 7 pm. Maybe the hotel should not have advertised on booking.com as providing a shuttle if the times are so infrequent & limited. It was misleading & disappointing.

Clean and everything was ok. Shuttle bus is provided, but not everytime ,be prepare for it. Reserve your seat in bus when you will be check in into hotel. Some reviews says, there are nothing to eat neaby, but it is not true, restaurants are there, or you can take a bus 203 to other options, bus stop is in front of the hotel.

So, I choose this hotel because I want to be close to airport it is ok, but get here from Soul is really challenging. I should take a taxi to get nicely here.

Friendly English-speaking staff. The room was clean, and gets cleaned every day. Free wifi in the room. There's lots of restaurants (mostly fish), cafés and convenience stores nearby. There's also an easy to book shuttle bus to the airport.

This hotel is located on a small island, with limited attractions nearby. If you want to visit Seoul, I would probably look for something inside the city itself to avoid long commute times. I only stayed here for one day to be closer to the airport to catch a flight the next day, so I didn't mind the limited attractions.

It was very clean and had a great view. Great security system for access to hotel floors. Also, loved the restruant and emart access i. The hotel. Unfortunately was unable to use the gym or check out the rooftop

Was a bit small and entertainment was very limited. Couldn't really watch netflix or anything other than certain channels available and it was all in korean which was a bit of nuissances to translate every selection.

The vibes are top notch, great interior design, comfortable and clean bed, all basic items (fridge, additional pillow, mineral water, toiletries) are provided, receptionist available from early morning to late night, convenient store at ground floor, cafe and restaurant just next door. couldnt ask for better place for one night stay while waiting for early morning flight.

would've been perfect if they provide shuttle from earlier hours (4:30am airport shutttle for 7:30am flight)
