The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were travelling back home together after a 4-month stay in Korea. We had a lot of suitcases, and this location served as a place to sleep before taking the plane the next day. During the day, the staff allowed us to keep our suitcases at the hotel for safekeeping, and later in the evening called for a larger taxi.

Some of the electric plugs didn't work downstairs in the loft, so for example the kettle or the electrical toilet seat didn't work. This probably would've been remedied by the staff, but since we stayed for just one night, it didn't make the stay too uncomfortable.

Location - it has good sea view, close to bus stop. There is a convenience store in the building.

Maybe it's just the room I stayed in, but the sofa bed needs deep cleaning. There was hair underneath the cushion pillows. The bathroom exhaust is noisier, too. And maybe it's my first time sleeping in a loft type bedroom, but I can hear movements from the room above.

It was my first time to travel to Korea. The people are friendly. I love their food very delicious and super spicy.

As first time travelers to a foreign country it will be more convenient to have an exchange booth where you can exchange your USA dollars into Korean won or other currency.

Breakfast was great, very simple to navigate and food/drinks were great. Location was near many stores and areas to visit and relax. Bus stops were right outside which were very convenient

Lovely small apartments - would be great for an extended stay!

Staff really struggled to communicate in any language other than Korean - thankfully WiFi meant we could use google translate but without that it was very hard to get help or assistance, and even with that - there was no communication between staff so even ordering a taxi was difficult.

A very good option if you want a hotel near the airport. Good points of this hotel: - very good facilities, clean and it’s new - not too far away from the airport (around £10 for taxi) - there is a convenient shop and some restaurants nearby

The reception desk is on level 2. Just follow the sign.

The property was very clean and large. The only issue was that since the beds were on the loft, it was stuffy up there. We had the window open to let in the cool air, but it would have been nice to have oscillating fans.

The property was easy to find, in a great location, and reasonably priced.

The space is a bit smaller than what we were used to but there is a lot of creative storage options for things so it all worked well.

The room is a cute 1 bedroom smart apartment. Super modern with heated floors and programmable lighting. Everything you need is here. Several restaurants and stores are walking distance, but must catch taxi to get outside of this little town.

It was a whole small apartment, pretty convenient for a party of 3 or 4. It has all the needed for a longer stay: fridge, kitchen, sofa and it's right accross a bus stop directly from Incheon's airport.
