It’s about a 10 minute walk from the subway to the hotel or you can take a taxi. Elevator is spacious and fast. Check in was quick and staff was very helpful. Bathroom was very spacious. Room wasn’t the biggest but that’s ok because we were mostly there to rest between a layover. Bathroom amenities included shampoo and body wash. Air conditioning worked well. Water pressure and temperature were good. There are many convenience stores within walking distance. There are restaurants and cafes around the area but they all open at 10.

There is some general wear and tear to the walls but it’s just cosmetic. The bathroom is the traditional Korean model so water goes everywhere so wearing the complimentary slippers is a must. If you need to use the sink after a shower you will have to be careful of the water on the floor. The toilet is behind a separate door. The shower model isn’t bad but we were in a rush when getting ready so just something to consider as you time your ability to get ready before departing. The pillow area was covered in short hairs so it was a bit concerning if the room had actually been cleaned before our stay.

Great location, very good value for money, very clean rooms and friendly staff. Great that they offer a free shuttle bus to the airport! Also very easy to find from the Metro station. The room had a huge bathroom, toiletries, fridge with drinks (although not sure if you have to pay for them), large bed, large windows.

Some small damages, wear and tear, could be updated/refreshed. Also quite loud from the other rooms and the aircon. If you have earplugs it's fine! Also my tv remote didn't connect to the tv, the remote worked, the tv worked, but not together.

Clean and bed is comfortable. The room is quite big . The bathroom is very clean with modern Japanese toilet. I arrived quite late (flight delayed) after 1.30am but the staff (female) still welcoming me with a big smile. The hotel is close from Unseo station . Many restaurants ,cafe around the hotel, local supermarkets also Daiso and Lotte Mart. Ozzy cafe which is not far from the hotel offer a nice bingsu with mochi so delicious! I would recommend this hotel and I will be back to stay here again .

Just like most people who book a hotel in this neighbourhood, I chose this hotel because I had a morning flight, so the location was convenient. It is a 10 minute walk from the station. It is easy to find and the walk is flat. The bed was comfortable - quite firm but not hard like in some less international places. What was a bit strange was that there was a thick feather duvet when it was 35 degrees Celsius outside! The curtains were not totally blackout but good enough to sleep past 7 am. Sound insulation was good, I didn't hear other travellers within the hotel and didn't hear noise from outside. (I was on the 6th floor)

A minor point was that there was no bottled water in my room and no water fountain for guests on my floor nor the 1st floor. However, when I enquired about this to the receptionist, he kindly gave me a bottle. Due to language limitation, I don't know if there was no water in my room by accident or if this hotel doesn't provide water for the customers.

Location is convenient to restaurants and a very nice park with exercise facilities and area for walking, playing sports, and running. The staff is kind and helpful about getting to the next destination inside Korea

The bathroom is the kind that gets wet but water flows over to the sink area after a few minutes. If you have long hair it takes time to shower. A thick bathmat to absorb excess water on bathroom floor would help.

I've stayed here before and as always liked it. The bed is comfortable. It's a great value for the money. My room had a bath too, which was nice after my long flight from America. The free airport shuttle is great! The staff is always very friendly and the hotel is quiet.

I do wish they'd install some phone charging cords near the bed or a USB outlet. (I just bought a USB plug at the nearby convenience store)

it was perfect for me! ☆ conveniently located near inspire arena (i was going to a concert there and had no trouble getting inexpensive taxis to and from) ☆ i was able to safely store my luggage before check in on the day of the show, as well as after i checked out ☆ staff was kind ☆ room was clean and perfect!

Awesome location, very close to the airport. If you are taking an early morning flight the next day it’s a perfect choice. The building seemed old, but the room is very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. Will definitely recommend whoever wants stay near the airport for easy traveling. Price is worthy.

This was exactly as advertised and just what we needed. We had been in Seoul for a few days but needed somewhere close to the airport for the last night because of the time of our flight. Airrelax fit the bill perfectly. It is close to Unseo Station, we walked with one wheelie bag each. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are lovely. There are loads of options to eat in the area. Then the trip to the airport is stress free because the train from Unseo is 7 minutes to terminal 1. A great value room and we arrived for a long flight fresh as a daisy.
