This hotel does not have complimentary buffet breakfast daily: they have 24HOUR complimentary buffet snacks. That means your can pop in for a free snack whether it be 4AM or 4PM. Also, the room had a in-room "dry cleaning" cabinet. Not as good as washing but it did a quick freshening and sanitizing of my clothes. Front desk staff were extra helpful. They explained a lot of things for me and gave me a better electrical plug to use when mine kept falling out of the socket.

They gave me a standard double room when I had booked an "extra large room". I could tell because the room they gave me had no sofa. They changed me to an extra large room but kept referring to it as an upgrade instead of the room I paid for. Their error or did booking.com give them the wrong info? Dunno.

The location is very strategic as it was a 5-minute walk from the Unseo station on the Airport (blue) metro line and less-than-5-minute walk from several 24-hour convenience stores (GS25, 7-Eleven, UMart). There is also a shuttle service (KRW 10,000) from hotel to Incheon Int'l airport Terminal 1 (that can be booked for 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am) and from Incheon Int'l airport Terminal 1 to hotel (that can be booked for 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm).

The tile in the bathroom was not secure or had some gaps so something white (glue?) oozed out from between the tiles when tilted upon being stepped on.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. What truly stood out about this property was its unbeatable location. A short stroll takes you to a variety of conveniences—cozy coffee shops perfect for a quick caffeine fix, Emart and Lotte Mart for all your shopping needs, a large Daiso packed with everything you can think of, and the Olive Young pharmacy for health essentials. The Unseo train station is just minutes away on foot, and with only two stops to the airport, the connection couldn’t be easier. The free airport transfer is an absolute lifesaver, especially for early morning or late-night flights. If you have a moment to spare, I highly recommend a brisk walk or jog to the nearby park. The serene paths and well-maintained greenery offer a refreshing escape, with the area’s natural beauty providing the perfect backdrop. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this place offers seamless access to everything you could need!

We had an excellent 2 day stay the bed was super comfortable with a nice thick doona room was very clean the hotel greeted us with a personal Hygiene package with tooth brushes ect, Aircon was very quiet with no smell wifi was fast good English Chanel’s on 102/103/104 you just have to find them! every kind of food within meters of the hotel and a free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning. We highly recommend this hotel for a rest before a long flight.

Breakfast could have been served for a longer hour say till 9.30

Convenient location, 5 minute walk from a station which is ten minutes from the airport. Convenience stores, restaurants, Starbucks nearby. Has an airport shuttle. Large room with comfy bed. They said there was free snacks on the B1 floor, although we didn’t go down to look. First hotel I’ve stayed in with a hair straightener as well as hair dryer. I’d stay again!

Staff is very kind. You can have an early check in or late check out for 10,000 KRW an hour. Room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing. It's right next to the station to get to and from the airport. They left us water bottles everyday. There's a free snack bar open 24h. The stay was so comfortable that I almost didn't want to get out of my room on rainy days.

It was a really good stay. The room had everything, even flat iron and hair spray😁. Chloe in the reception was really nice, changed our room for a better one. They have a free 24/7 snack bar and shuttle to airport. Location is really nice too, restaurants, shops, subway everything is nearby. Next time we’ll stay here too

Bathroom not fully closed. The all glass panel door snd wall for bathroom not a good idea to have if you travel with family.

They have a 24h snack bar which is a great idea for an airport hotel. Although the sandwhiches were out when we tried it. The staff was friendly. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport although the interval is a bit long in the morning.

A bit dusty next to the bed. Didn't look 100% clean. There is no shuttle to the hotel.
