We took the Superior Twin Room, 3 adults. The best part tht im grateful for is tht there was an AI staff in the ceiling camera to help us get a taxi at 4AM! it speaks english too! Great experience! Haha (human staff only worked until 10pm). Hotel was easily located from Naver app, we walked from train station (2 stops before Incheon airport). The hotel was modern and beautiful! The lobby had complimentary coffee machine, filtered water and ice! There were vending machines for amenities like toothbrush etc. But not sure if its free. Nice ambience from the lobby all through to the room. We were greeted by the staff and she even remembered my name and was expecting me as we arrived at 8pm (she told us about the AI camera in the ceiling). As it is common in korea hotels to be given only small sized towels, she gave us bath sized towels without us asking! Theres a lift up to the room, the room was rather small for us to unload our luggages but it was ok as we will be headed to the airport next morning anyway. I loved tht the room had an air purifier and the disinfectant closet, they had a smart toilet, lol the seats were warm! The room flooring is heated too. The bed sheets were nice and had comfy pillows. They provided bath amenities and had a full box of hair dryer, combs and such. Theres a water kettle in the room with cups for tea and coffee provided.

Although the hotel is nice and had a lift, we were located down the hallway, and had to push our luggage in the next building which wasnt smooth. The room flooring was abit too hot(cant find any buttons to control this) and there were only two hotel slippers, there were 3 of us.

It appears to be a newly opened hotel. Everything is modern and new. I loved the cleanliness and how well put together it is. It’s small so best for overnight transfers. The TV size and TV bouquet is great: Netflix, Disney, YouTube and AppleTV all available. I came in winter so the room was warm and very comfortable. The staff is very kind and you can order outside food in without any hassles. The hotel is also situated in an excellent area with lots of food options. GS25, CU & 7Eleven convenience stores all within less than 100m proximity to the hotel. Excellent value for money.

Unless I missed it, you can’t control the temperature in the room or underfloor heating so it got extremely hot during the night. You can remedy this by just opening the windows.

Very nice and large room. We booked a double room but we're upgraded to Superior twin room upon arrival. The large bathroom with bathtub was the highlight after a long flight. Nice little restaurants and local stores in the area. More charming neighborhood than expected. Just 10min walk from Unseo station. The mattresses are AMAZING. Perfect firm for very good sleep. The window opened to a small car free and quiet street. Very good value for money! Late check out until 13h by default, perfect for us!

Artificial vanilla smell all over in the lobby and room. We had to lock the aroma dispenser in the cupboard to get rid of it. But then it was no problem.

Convenient location to get to the airport. Just a few minute walk from the metro station. Met what I was expecting to allow me to spend the night close to ICN and catch a flight the next day

Had to walk through a fire escape hallway that had clearly not been vacuumed in a while. The rest of the hotel was clean, just was slightly surprised by that fire escape staircase I used once.

Good place for a stopover before or after a flight from or to ICN airport, the hotel is brand new so everything is still in great shape, in the room is a gigantic flatscreen (that I did not use), good room and bathrom size for an asian hotel, lots of restaurant options around the hotel, pretty close to Unseo metro station

Nothing to complain about, but you can see that they are still setting the place up. So maybe some suggestions: another soap dispenser on the sink would be great and some more trays around the sink to place personal items and towels. The open shower is great but after the shower the whole bathroom is wet, so maybe installing a door would be more practical. A lot of light options in the room, but no master switch around the bed, so you have to get up again to switch off the lights, that's a little annoying. And the reception personal could be a touch more friendly.

Most likely the best hotel that we stayed in during our trip. Spacious, sleek with the biggest tv we have seen in a hotel room. Toilet with a remote controlled bidet, powerful shower. Super convenient for transferring to the airport, lots of food options nearby. To the woman who checked us in (we are sorry, we did not get your name), a tremendous thank you for your generosity and hospitality.

We wish we could have stayed another night

Fantastic. This was just what we needed after a night time arrival to Incheon airport. It is only 10 minutes by taxi or you can get the metro train to Unseo station and walk 700m. The hotel and the room are very new, very modern and very clean. The room was a good size and it was very quiet. We checked in at 10pm and the lady at reception spoke good English which was great.

Excellent location, not far from Incheon International airport. Loads of shops, restaurants and massage parlors close by. Very good price, excellent value for money. The room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room was VERY hot. Not possible to control the temperature in the room. Seems it is centrally controlled. The floor was hot enough to fry eggs. Had to sleep with the window open.

Free laundry(self) service was excellent. Even though detergent and other related things were free! Also the washer and dryer were quite new one. Also, hotel provide free coffee, tees to visitors.

Almost quite good. Just room size a bit small for four people(two adults and two kids). But, it was ok. Basically, room was set for three people not for four.

Booked the suite, massage chair was awesome and bathtub. If you get delayed by airlines and have to overnighter this is the spot. Don't use airlines hotel because line is going to be long. Plus this is closeby to Korean BBQ spots and food. So I went out at 6AM and ate korean bbq down the street.

I didn't speak korean so when checking in I was a little lost.
