This place was perfect for a night's stay before heading to the airport for an early flight. 5 mins walk to the station and then 10 mins on the train to the airport. The beds were comfortable and the room was well equipped with shampoo etc. and a good hair dryer. The common kitchen space was simple but functional. Filtered chilled water is available as well as simple food items like cereal and milk. Microwave and hot water also there to prepare a simple meal.

The doors are not sound proof and it was quite noisy hearing people come back late at night and using the common space.

Beds were really comfortable. Shower was good, and the shampoo and conditioner were good quality. Laundromat next door and parking easily available outside. Easy walk to the train (to go to the airport or into Seoul). Food within easy walking distance. Owner was very nice and helpful.We stayed here the night before we deprted Korea.

Rooms felt a bit old and tired - but it didn't impact the comfort at all.

Perfect for 40 GBP for a family of 4. 10 minutes taxi from the airport. Close to the station for downtown access. Quiet. Restaurants, shops, night life and supermarkets are a 15 minute walk. A play park 5 minutes away. A small forest for walking 15 minutes walk away.

No duvet cover , no pillow cover. But apparently a cultural norm for low budget accommodation in Korea. Shower and toilet are in the same 'wet' room.

They were able to accommodate our very late check-in. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was adequate. There were also plenty of outlets, which was convenient since we were a large group. All in all, will recommend this to people who wish to stay closer to the airport.

The bathroom was a bit small, but this is very minor, and we made do. One thing is that the elevator is not on the ground floor, so we had to carry our luggages up a flight of stairs before getting to the elevator. Not a very big problem, but if you're alone or someone who's not able to carry heavy bags, this might be a concern. Although I'm sure the owner will be more than happy to provide assistance. :)

Nice location to just rest one night before or after an airport day. We decided not to rush the next day as our flight is early in the morning. Good place to stay just for a night. Room is small but just enough to rest for one night

I think it was a detergent smell maybe, but it wasn't pleasant initially. After awhile the smell was gone so it was better.

I like the location it is very near from the airport you can also walk from the hotel going to unseo subway station.

Convenient to the all-stop train, elevator access, clean rooms, and a welcoming host. CU was almost directly across the street for a late snack when we arrived.

The rural location closed pretty early so eat in the airport if you have a late flight.

Everything looked very clean and new. Spacious kitchen. Friendly check-in, big bathroom. Very near the airport but not so near that you hear planes all night. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood.

Noise transmits very easily, so people waking up early for a flight easily awake others. Need to post some info about how to find the station for the train to the airport. Advertised airport shuttle is frequently unavailable and it's confusing how to sign up for it.

The owner was very helpful and accommodating. A ten minute walk to the subway station. There is an Ediya coffee and CU are just opposite the guesthouse. The location is good if you are seeking accommodation near Incheon airport. It is great value for money compared to other accommodation on the island. Comfortable, quiet and clean. We stayed here for a concert at the nearby Inspire Arena. Unfortunately, the infrastructure to support the arena is not quite in place yet. If more transport routes are created, this will be a great place to stay if you are going to a concert there.

The host is friendly, the room is clean and the price is reasonable. Simple furnished and good enough for one night stay before catching early flight next day. There is a weighing scale which allowed me to check my luggage weight 🤭 walkable (abt 10 mins) to Unseo station, which is just two station away from Incheon airport.

You need to climb a few flights of stairs before reaching the elevator.
