The room was very clean and very convenient. Definitely large enough for one person, with a comfortable bed. Everything a person could need, was present: a water cooker, a microwave, AC and even charging cables. Even there was a common kitchen where you could cook something. The bathroom was fantastic and had soaps, shampoo and body wash and even a toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel and the room are very cosy and the small thoughtful details really made all the difference. They provide a very clear set of instructions how to get to the hotel from the station and how to get into the room (through selfservice). It really exceeded my expectations.

With heavy suitcases or with backpack, the distance from the nearest metro station is not that convenient, but they recommend themselves to take a taxi when needed.

The convenience store was immediately next to the guesthouse and the room was clean and had all the needed amenities, including a fridge and microwave. Loved that they also had charging and plug adaptors available in the room.

The walk to the guesthouse was a little far from the station and took slightly longer than is suggested on the site when carrying luggage (especially in the summer heat). The route from the station also has quite unstable ground which also makes it difficult when carrying wheeled luggage. This isn't a problem of the actual guesthouse though but definitely something to bare in mind.

Great location 10 minutes away from Unseo station, right across a convenience store that sells produce, many food places nearby. Clean, spacious and well-lit room. Beautiful shared area with a balcony. Overall decent value for money considering prices in Korea, would probably stop here again

The private bathroom included with the room is actually outside the room and using it requires fumbling with the key every time. Hot water doesn't run very cold and the shower is set up as a showerhead and a hole in the floor, and there is no ventilation, so it stays damp. There is nowhere to dispose of trash and no elevator if you have heavy luggage.

The location was quite convenient for an early morning flight. It was located within a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The train was an excellent way to access the airport. There were many restaurants in the area and it felt safe to walk around. The hotel is located on a quiet street. Access into the room was clearly explained.

The room was a little run down, especially the ceiling. It didn't bother me much, but may be a problem for some guests. also the fact that the shower was not in an enclosed area in the bathroom.

It was clean and had good amenities such as a kitchen and private bathroom. The check in instructions were clear and easy. It’s a very short subway ride from Incheon airport.

Bathroom is a wetroom but this is standard in South Korea. It’s a 15 minute uphill walk from the subway station and you have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. It is a little more dated than the photos but all very clean and tidy.

Tidy, clean, good amenities (microwave, fridge, towels, toilet paper, etc) and a soft bed.

When I used the sink, the water came out onto the main floor area instead of going down the drain. The drain isn't the lowest part of the floor, so the water pooled near the toilet. You may want to provide a squigy for guests to help the water go to the drain. Otherwise, your feet/socks get wet even through the bathroom slippers provided. Also, my fitted bedsheet had some black markings on it so I assumed it was just stained but still clean. I work in housekeeping, so I understand the plight of providing clean, white sheets.

- room was clean - good for a one night stay, if you have an early flight - there is a shop next to accommodation, where you can buy something to eat, because there is no place to eat around - about 15 minutes walk from the subway station to the property. Only 2 stations to the aiport

- you need to take out your garbage. This is not a problem, but I didn't found the trash bin, where to throw it

I was looking for a place to spend a night, since I arrived around midnight. The location was convenient and the place significantly cheaper compared to Seoul, so if you need something close to the airport, you can definitely choose this place. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good place to relax after a long flight. The digital check-in process was a big plus, allowing me to check in at my convenience without any hassle. Overall, it was a good stay.

The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. The room even had a microwave, mini fridge, and tea kettle. And a robot vacuum, I think! There is a CU right across the not busy street.

I was on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. That was only a problem for me except because I had to carry a big, heavy suitcase up the stairs. I think this accommodation wouldn’t work for someone who is traveling with many suitcases.

Very neat and clean room and the location conveniently close to the airport, metro station, and coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores etc. Some minor downsides (see below) but all in all a very good value for the money and a perfect place if you just need a place to crush if you have an overnight stopover.

My room had the bathroom in a separate room. It was private, but I had to exit the bedroom and use a key each time I wanted to use it. Didn't find the plastic bags for the trash that were supposed to be there. The desk chair was a bit uncomfortable.
