This was a convenient two train station trip stop-over from the Incheon airport. It was a self check in system and once I put in the information required I got my key and took the elevator to the floor where I was located. The next day I checked out and put my key in the box - done. Really simple check in and the room was very comfortable and had USB charging which was great for me as I hadn't yet gotten a universal charger

I liked the location, quiet, with plenty of places to eat, and easy access to the train, subway, and bus. The room is super comfortable.

What I didn't like was that the room felt like it wasn't 100% clean, the bathroom looked dirty, the kitchen wasn't usable, and the washing machine looked a little dirty.

Superb facilities in the room. Nice views from the balcony. Very comfortable bed. Good shower with plenty of water pressure. Very reasonably priced. Location excellent for the airport - 10 mins by taxi (about 20000 KWR after midnight when I arrived).

Could have been better (i.e. some) communication about the need to self check in after a certain time and what to expect. I had to work it all out when I arrived to empty reception foyet and what looked like a locked office (it isn't locked, and inside there is a kiosk that will print your room key after you enter your booking details. Also, remember to insert your payment card in the slot before pressing to proceed to payment, otherwise you get error messages in Korean).

A great hotel as its close to the airport, only 3 stops away. Good if you have been in Seoul and have an early flight in the morning. A 24 hour convenience store is next to the hotel. Many eateries are near by. Its's a 45 minute train journey into Seoul station & city centre.

The self check in was a bit tricky as we arrived earlier than expected however we rang from the phone provided and a staff member came to assist us straight away. She spoke English and was very helpful.

Not for old timer !! I"ve let someone is younger help me to checkin at Kiosk selfcheck. But the time i've checkout one worker came in at 8.15am helping me call the taxi (in Korea language). It shows on the booking.com that hotel has transfer to airport. Didn't mention calling taxi.

It was a very beautiful place. During my stay, I came across something special to Korean modern culture. The staff and the environment were very good. It took me 2 stops by metro from the airport. There was a Korean who helped me drag my suitcase while walking down the road with my 2 suitcases after I got off the subway. The environment and my stay at the hotel was very good. My room view was beautiful.

Its complete with everything. To my surprise, there was a big refrigerator!! And washing machine! I loved my stay. The tv also has youtube, netflix..

It was hard to get to the road in front of hotel because taxi couldn’t get in so i had to walk with my heavy luggages and it was raining heavily too.. it wasn’t convenient.

Adjustable thermostat, everything you could need was give, responsive and nice staff, self checkin kiosk, good food all around.

one occasion where the blanket changed had a stain.

The room was equiped with everything we needed, even with a washine machine, hanger, dryer, dental kit, tea and coffee and even more. The view was amazing as well.

There wasn't warm water in the room, but at least it was refreshing. And we didn't mind it so much because the room was amazing.

Quiet hotel, 10-15 minutes walk from the metro station. There is a shop downstairs where you can buy drinks, snacks or whatever else you need. I checked in to the hotel at the check-in machine. I received a key and a statement with all the necessary information, about the room number, Wi-Fi, check-out time and so on. The room is clean, quiet with a great view of the forest, just as I ordered.
