I received a support for room upgrade from staff because I checked-in to the room at late time. Room is really good and feel comfortable.

It would be better if I could take a shuttle bus to airport not only for the crew.

We spent an overnight layover here, comfortable option, super convenient - take the local AREX train from any Terminal to Unseo station (<10 mins), the hotel is just across the street from the station. Apparently also very popular with airline crews. Hotel room was spacious with kitchenette and even a laundry machine, which can come handy. Value for money was very good.

No toiletries in the room, except one little soap (as mentioned here many times), you can buy them for a small fee at the reception, so no big deal. Reception - we were processed very quickly, but very "mechanically", don't expect a lot of friendly hospitality here. The rooms are not new and a bit rough around the edges, but for a one night sleepover there was nothing to complain about, bed was clean and comfortable. While AREX train ticket machines in Terminal 1 accept cards, when buying tickets for the train back, ticket machines in Unseo station seem to accept only cash, so have your wons ready. For 2 people, we paid 4500 wons to Terminal 1 (+incl 2x500 wons refundable travel card deposit).

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Room width was small, but room had everything including refrigerator, stove, hot water pot, washer, kitchen sink. Bidet with heated seat was nice. One closet and a set of shelves. No dresser. No view. Very close to train station and food places. Close to the airport. Automatic light only went on near door, not near bathroom in middle of night. Toiletries can be purchased at front desk for about $3 USD.

Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. They are located close to some food joints - so it was easy to go have a meal outside the hotel if one wanted. Also, the hotel offers an Airport Shuttle - thereby making it easy to travel to the Airport especially if you have an early morning flight. In close proximity of terminal 1.

The location was convenient, many restaurants nearby and close to the airport.

The hotel didn’t provide any cleaning products including body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Even though there is regulation against providing disposable products, the hotel could have provided cleaning products in refillable containers.

The staff was very kind, helpful and responsive to our needs.

Could do with a bit more bath soap and real coffee, not instant coffee. Was not aware that toiletries were available for sale. When traveling light over long distances soap and shampoo would be helpful, at least until one's own supply could be procured. Thanks.

We chose to stay here for the last two days of our vacation because of an early morning flight. There were many good places to eat and with the access to AirPort Express train, we were able to go to Seoul. The hotel also gave us an upgrade which made our stay very comfortable.

good location, close to train station less than 5min walk. room has everything needed in very organized way, although room is not so large but which made good for easy to reach everything. breakfast is also good. staff is friendly.

Good location surrounded by lots of restaurants, shops, Lotte Department Store and 5 minutes to train station.

Room is small but on the plus side it does have a kitchenette, washer and dryer, microwave and coffee pot. Shuttle to airport is ₩4,000 ($3.USD)
