Just like most people who book a hotel in this neighbourhood, I chose this hotel because I had a morning flight, so the location was convenient. It is a 10 minute walk from the station. It is easy to find and the walk is flat. The bed was comfortable - quite firm but not hard like in some less international places. What was a bit strange was that there was a thick feather duvet when it was 35 degrees Celsius outside! The curtains were not totally blackout but good enough to sleep past 7 am. Sound insulation was good, I didn't hear other travellers within the hotel and didn't hear noise from outside. (I was on the 6th floor)

A minor point was that there was no bottled water in my room and no water fountain for guests on my floor nor the 1st floor. However, when I enquired about this to the receptionist, he kindly gave me a bottle. Due to language limitation, I don't know if there was no water in my room by accident or if this hotel doesn't provide water for the customers.

I've stayed here before and as always liked it. The bed is comfortable. It's a great value for the money. My room had a bath too, which was nice after my long flight from America. The free airport shuttle is great! The staff is always very friendly and the hotel is quiet.

I do wish they'd install some phone charging cords near the bed or a USB outlet. (I just bought a USB plug at the nearby convenience store)

Awesome location, very close to the airport. If you are taking an early morning flight the next day it’s a perfect choice. The building seemed old, but the room is very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. Will definitely recommend whoever wants stay near the airport for easy traveling. Price is worthy.

Nothing.

This was exactly as advertised and just what we needed. We had been in Seoul for a few days but needed somewhere close to the airport for the last night because of the time of our flight. Airrelax fit the bill perfectly. It is close to Unseo Station, we walked with one wheelie bag each. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are lovely. There are loads of options to eat in the area. Then the trip to the airport is stress free because the train from Unseo is 7 minutes to terminal 1. A great value room and we arrived for a long flight fresh as a daisy.

Friendly staff, clean and modern toilet, comfortable bed. Great location if you need to catch the flight early in the morning, easy to get taxi or take airport train to Incheon Airport. Hotel nearby has many restaurants

The bathroom doesn't has proper tray to put body shampoo, shampoo and hair conditional, they are all put on the floor

Location was easy to get to from the airport rail and has lots of convenience stores and what not nearby. Good value and nice room.

Was never too sure how secure the door was

It was super close to the train station, the bed was so comfortable and the lady at reception was so amazing. Even when I had to make a last-minute change due to flight changes, I received assistance with kindness.

Big window, location, comfy bed, auto lighting system, auto bidet, water pressure, full toiletries (you don't have to bring your own, especially the tooth brush that is super soft), english spoken staff that are so friendly and helpful, near to airport (taxi cost KRW10,000) 5-10minutes drive. Found a bakery shop that sells the best croissant at the Unseo subway station.

Toilet drainage block. A bit of walking from the subway station but that is not a big problem as the weather is good. 😁

Clean and queit.

Bathrrom floor in shower is very slippery - needs a non-slip mat or coating in shower. I don't think they quite understand the concept of a 'wet bath', or I'm the one that's confused.

Great place to spend the night before flight from Incheon airport. Some restaurant & takeout places around. Super friendly & english fluent staff helped us to order taxi in the morning, room clean, comfortable and spacious. Highly reccomend.
