Great location as close to the airport as you can get (a train stop away and close to station) loads of food around if you need to eat. Simple, clean, with very comfortable beds. Had 2 kids and 2 adults in the family room. Simple but perfect breakfast especially given korea doesn't do breakfast!

Bathroom private but out of the room

This was a quirky guesthouse and it was clean. All rooms are off a common area so it can be a little loud. Not a problem for us. The breakfast was ok.

The “shuttle” service is really just the same lady as checking in driving you to the airport and it cost us almost double what a taxi cost getting there for 4 people. All in all it was fine for a layover.

This is a very beautiful apartment with spacious living room and kitchen surrounded by flowers on top floor patio. The room we stayed in was on the 3rd floor, which is a 3 bedrooms and 3 baths apartment rented to 3 families sharing a living room and kitchen. It's 10 minutes walking to the nearest train station, 5 minutes walking to a bus stop or convince stores. The hostress offered to take us to the airport at a discount to Uber or taxi charges.

I was surprised to find out this is an Airbnb property. We only stayed 1 night and would not be able to enjoy the amenities offered in this apartment, such as a full kitchen with utensils, washier/dryer, etc. We selected this hotel because its location near the airport. However, we wouldn't be able to store our luggages before check-in or after check-out. We had to change our itinerary b/c of this inconvenience.

We just needed a place to sleep while traveling through ICN, and this place was perfect for that. Because it's a guesthouse, you're basically sleeping in a bedroom in an apartment. We did have our own personal bathroom, though. The room is a bit cramped for a family, but there are common areas where you can relax. The guesthouse is located close to some shops, so we were able to walk to get breakfast.

Traveling with kids, I had to make sure to be very mindful to keep our volume and activity down. If this is a concern for you, I would not recommend this guesthouse.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. There were lots of extra touches to make your stay comfortable like a toothbrush and toothpaste and generous supply of quality body wash and shampoo. The bed was very comfortable. I arrived at 9pm because of my flight but Mrs Kim met me. A generous Western breakfast is included and Mr Kim offers a convenient drop off service to Incheon airport. The guesthouse is in a nice neighbourhood with lots of places to eat.

The towels are very small like a hand towel. It would be nice to have one bigger one to dry yourself after a shower. The hosts have limited English so it was difficult to get information on some things. However Mr Kim is very friendly and I managed.

I love the place and I had a very good night's sleep for my connecting flight. Mr. Kim's mother went over and Beyond and picked me up when my cellular connection was unable to connect and I was unable to find the place when I came out of the subway station. So I found a Korean man outside the subway station in the Burger King to call Mr. Kim guest house and they immediately answered and were able to come and pick me up because I couldn't find my way to the guest house. And then I got a drive to the airport the next day by Mr. Kim's mother. Totally recommend.

Let start by saying that not speaking English didn't stop who I think is Mrs Kim. From being so kind to my little family. We had an overnight stay connection to Vancouver. She picked us up and dropped us off. We ended up having flight delays, and she was so kind to let us keep our luggage at the guesthouse while we utilized our time to explore Incheon. Let us borrow an outlet adapter to charge our phones. Which we forgot to return in the rush of getting our luggage out of the car. So, for that, we apologize When we are back, we will for sure return it.

Everything about this place is great! It's peaceful, well organized, modern, and extremely fresh and clean! The staff are very friendly and public spaces are perfect. There are outdoor balconies and BBQs if you should want to grill meats and veggies outdoors. A very comfortable experience. Thank you, Mr. Kim's Guest House.

I only booked 1 night and decided I would like to stay longer, but reservations fill up quickly. So I recommend making your reservations for the full-time you plan to spend in the area.

It is about 10-12 minute waking distance from metro station. it is a little bit hard for 2 of us to hall 4 luggage and carryons on snowy side walks. There are many eating places and convenient store near the metro station. I like the quiet neighborhood, cozy living room and comfy beds.

The walls and door are NOT sound prove. I am waken up at 5 am by other guests from different rooms. They came out to talk at the living room and ate breakfast on a chair next to our door. We could hear their conversations! The bedroom was small and tight, but ok just for a night.
