Communication was a little tricky with the front desk when it was after hours. I didn't know how to call them or text them or email them. Also, we didn't speak the same language. But I was able to work around that. The thing I really didn't like was that when I use the air conditioner, there was a bright green light on the air conditioner, and it was not possible, according to the front desk, to turn that off, so it was bright at night. It was a bad design by the air conditioning company.

Everything was perfect! The area is very beautiful, check-in was convenient and easy, the apartment is super clean and modern.

We were a bit surprised that the pool was not free, but it’s not such a big deal!

The only thing I liked about this property is probably quiet and that’s it. There’s CU and eMart.

The balcony was super dirty, the location is literally in the middle of nowhere and honestly it’s my fault I booked it cause I didn’t do my research. You barely get any taxis so you mind wanna rent a car cause not even Ubers wanna come to this area, the stuffs at the lobby literally had to book me a taxi from somewhere.

The room including kitchen and washing machine was roomy, modern and nice. Just the automated electronic toilet with too many features and just Korean writing are a challenge for foreigners. Thanks to google translates camera function, I survived also this :-)

The automatic check-in was not working as all the links in the email were removed by the firewall. Luckily the receptionist was very helpful and did the check-in manually. Automatic check-in = room for improvement The breakfast was very basic and simple. No tea, just a big tank with pre-prepared coffee, very little options to choose from. For such a big hotel I would expect a larger and higher quality breakfast buffet. As the hotel is next to the wave park and now there is off-season (winter time) it was not easy to find open restaurants near-by. I guess during main season this will change dramatically. Hopefully the quality of the breakfast is also better during main season.

Poorly managed. lots of staff but slow or no response on chat and even on-site (only one staff member was attentive and courteous). Studio rooms have a noxious smell, I don’t recommend

No bus, hard to get taxi The hotel is in the middle of Constructional site of condo. Only several restaurant in the isolated area.
