spacious and cozy room, silent aircon, good firm mattress, excellent and opulent breakfast. Good location if you stay in Songdo. Just next to the park.

at this price category of hotel that one has TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE POOL (as well as for the gym) and that you are only allowed to go at certain timeslots is a bit ridiculous... Also that the pool is closed at lunch time. This makes it impossible to go for a quick swim in the morning. Very upsetting. Also the coffee machine in the breakfast area could be improved. Real coffee and espresso is way different.

Room size and location of the hotel is great. Very close to shops, train staion, lotte mart, and Songdo Convensia. Staff is also very helpful and the bar at the bottom has great selections of drinks.

I booked a double room thinking there will be two double beds. Instead, there were two single beds. I requested for a transfer into either a larger bed, or to connect those single beds, but staff denied it! No selection of tea, except for brown rice green tea...need more choices!!

Friendly staff: The front desk staff were always helpful and cooperative. I used the sauna, and the woman who seemed to be the maintenance was very attentive to cleanliness. I could see that there was a lot of attention to detail for the guests' comfort.

However, the hardware parts were a bit inferior to the software parts. For example, the system for turning the lights on and off, the bathroom's structure, and the shower head were old. However, there was no problem at all in using it.

Convenient amenities, lots of food options in the area, easy to access with public transport and airport limousine and with a convenience store/ cafe in the lobby too~

The design of the shower area/ water proofing for the shower door could be improved slightly to reduce the amount of water that sprays onto the dry toilet area. But other than that was a great stay!

Very nice hotel and location. Comfortable bed. Very well equipped gym.

The fact that you have to PAY to use the pool is absurd and something I have never encountered before. The sauna is one thing, but the pool??

Strange closing times throughout the day for the swimming pool and rules stated a cap must be wore at all times. Most people don’t travel with a swimming cap. Also thought a charge to use the sauna was odd. Don’t advertise yourself as a hotel with these facilities if it is an extra charge

We stayed here for 2 days as a stop over in South Korea before flying on. Altogether it turned out to be a great place to recover from the long distance flight, not least because of the beautiful swimming pool. Such a relief after many hours in a plane! As to the location, the hotel is a good compromise if you want to remain rather close to the airport but still be in an area where you can walk around and find a nice place in the evening for dinner. I loved the view from the huge windows onto the lake. We would come back for sure.

It was in very close proximity to the Convesia where the meeting was being held (5 mins walk). The hotel had a convenient store and an Illy cafe inside, which was practical. It is also located across the street from a Lotte Mart and in walking distance to many restaurants.

The hotel had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect as well: right next to Songdo Central Park and close to a neighborhood full of restaurants and bars. Additionally, it was really nice that there was a gym in the hotel with most of the equipment you need.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean too. Very convenient location with Lotte mall just right across the road and a train station 2-3 mins walk away. There was a convenient shop at level 1 of the hotel too for quick purchases.

Room can be a little brighter.
